If Tambuwal is principled as he want Nigerians to believe,he should be honest enough to resign the Speakership. Tanbuwal as a Lawyer knows the provisions of the 1999 Constitution. He cannot eat his cake and have a penny! Tambuwal should be honest with himself. APC as a party can never take it and APC should not expect PDP to accept it. That someone appeals a court decision is not final. You are expected to file a stay of execution of the judgment pending the determination of the appeal and the stay must be heard and granted.

However, while your appeal and your stay of execution are still pending, the judgment must be obeyed. No story. No constitutional crises. For me that guy would be sworn in and that would be the end. The house should not have accepted that letter. Except they do judicial abracadabra, the outcome would always be the same in Court of Appeal and finally in Supreme Court.

Since the Ag Governor Umar Fintri has appeal the judgement. The question is,will the election still hold on Saturday? And will Supreme court be able to give accelerated hearing and judgement before saturday? This is a serious constitutional crisis. If this is real,we are in a serious mess in this country. @ Mekyno my question was hinged on the fact that FMH was touted to be a fair ministry that will give in to merit. Where is the future for the common people in this country? It's high time there is revolution in this messy country of ours were everything is rotten from head downward.
