i will like to know what you think of Sterling Bank Plc and livestock feeds plc, i actually took to your advise and asked my broker to get me Nigerian German Chemicals,but he suggested sterling bank and from fundamentals that i have gone through on this forum i also asked him to get me livestockfeeds

I will be grateful if anyone one in the forum has some kind of information that will strengthen what my broker told me yesterday,i have actually sent a buy order for these three stock

with access bank i don't really like i bought their IPO INITIALLY i know how long it took before it went high its just that generally the banking sector is doing good so that ll reflect on it aswell and also i\t depends on the price ther re ready to give out. if its lower than 15naira that ll be cool.

i was actually looking at Access Bank and Dangote flour,but i am really not sure of Access bank but have made up my mind on Dangote flour to buy

let us look at it these way, the have bought ph refinery,nicon hilton hotel ,nitel, oil well and will still buy more. if all the asset the bought failures, then the economy of the country is doom.

i don't what to tell my unborn children that i miss the train to financial break through. I am going to swim or sink with transcorp.

UBA introduces Diaspora share loan scheme: For people in uk,usa,canada,e.t.c,

1. Objective is to part finance the purchase of blue-chip stocks in the Nigerian Stock Exchange

2. The maximum single obligor limit is =N=60 Million while the minimum is =N=500,000:00.

3. Equity Contribution: Applicants are required to put down equity of 40% while the Bank provides 60% of the funds needed to acquire the shares.

4. The tenor is 12 months with a renewal option

5. Interest Rate: Interest rate is PLR (currently 17 percent)

6. Management fee: 2 % flat of the loan amount and payable upfront

7. The Equity Contribution and the Management Fee must be provided when applying.

8. Repayment: The principal and interest are due only at the end of the 12 months tenor or whenever the customer decides to liquidate the loan, whichever is earlier.

9. The Bank reserves the right to dispose of the shares if there is a 20 percent decline in the value of the customer’s shares or the portfolio, which was acquired using the loan. However, the customer will be informed and there is provision to put in additional equity.

10. The custody of the shares acquired remains with UBA Stockbrokers Limited during the tenor of the loan.

11. Under this scheme, the maximum exposure to any single company(stock) is 10 percent of market capitalization or =N=500 Million, whichever is lower.

Hi All,
This is the 12th day i sent an order to my broker for the sale of my Access bank shares and up till today i've not heard anything concret from them, they keep telling me that their are so many people on queue for thesame sales order and keep telling that it difficult to sell because its on technical suspension, i dont know if anybody have any contrary view about it

Hi Guys
i am actually one of the bold guys that bought Transcorp @ the secondary market, i actuaaly still believe that it will still move up and when it start, it might end up moving up just the way Dangote sugar is doing now
To all other guys that have bought Transcorp, just keep faith till after the election and things will definitely start changing

Could you please explain to me on how you got your statement of account from cscs, i actually asked my broker for it but what he gave me was actually from the company and not from cscs, please if there is a way in which i could get it directly from cscs i will appreciate the info

Hi Guy,
Thanks for being plain and tell me what i need to know. I have actually spoken to my broker and he explain some things to me, the intrest rate is actually 22% and its six month renewable i.e i could decided to discontiue with the margin thing and and pay half of the 22% or choose to continue to the end of the duration of the margin which is one year

This are actuall my plans and question, i have decided to invest on Oceanic and FCMB,the Question is would you advise me to by Oceanic in the Secondary market or the LO

hi guys
i am actually new in this forum, i actually have a stock broker i deal with and i bearly one month into it, i got to know that if i raise my stock value to 1M naira, i could get a loan of 1M Naira, the conditions are that its for 6 months only and with an interest rate of between 20 - 22%
i'm actually willing to take the risk, because i have borrowed money and capitalised my share value to 1M,
what i really need to know is on what shares can i make at least 50% before the end of 6 months, starting from April,
i will need your suggestions so that i can know what moves to take
MIND YOU GUYS I SOLD MY FATHERS LAND JUST BECAUSE OF THIS AND PROMISED TO PAY HIM BACK BY THE YEAR ENDING
