It was completely inappropriate for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg to attack Donald Trump’s candidacy. This is not the role of the Supreme Court, and it serves as another reminder of what we’re up against in 2016.

Today, political leaders and law enforcement officials from across the country descended on Dallas, Texas to pay their respects to the 5 officers who were gunned down in the street during a Black Lives Matter rally.

President Obama showed up (maybe the golf course was closed or something?) and as you can imagine, he managed to rub a lot of people the wrong way with some of his rhetoric.

Par for the course at this point.

He said a lot of ridiculous things.

He said it’s easier for a teenager to get a gun than a book.

Clearly not true.

He brought up Alton Sterling.

He defended Blacks Lives Matter.

He basically mentioned a lot of things that had nothing to do with paying respects to the 5 dead police officers.


He is the worst and clinton will not be any better.

On the contrary. What I saw on that thread was a proof of Nigerians narrow mindedness with a crave for quick fix. It was a clear indication that Nigerians are OK with the crumbs they get from the politicians and it shows just how the politicians exploit the people by keeping them in abject poverty and giving them crumbs from time to time whenever they cry for a revolution.

The Op spoke deeply about the insensitivity of the Government to the plight of the people. Kind of like a revolutionary call that normally would ignite fierce anger in our mind. Out of the blue someone offered to donate N5000 to 2 people, another person offered N4000 each to 5 people while someone else offered 50,000 to 10 people and it went on and on like a bonanza, completely defeating the essence of the thread. What fuckery

After these generous donations have been exhausted then what? Does it solve the problem of unemployment the OP talked about? Does it solve the hunger or curb inflation? Is N5000 what Nigerian graduates need to start up a business. Nigerians are truly very narrow minded, majority of the people lack critical thinking skills.

Its been reported that out of 990 people shot by Officers in America in 2015 26% were blacks.
So that means 74% of those shot were not!
It's dangerous to state this is Black versus White!
It's an excuse for radicals on both sides to escalate a race war!
This might be happening in America but it's just as relevant in Britain.
We must not allow a minority of sick twisted bad people on both sides divide us!

Last night’s horrific execution-style shootings of 12 Dallas law enforcement officers – five of whom were killed and seven wounded- is an attack on our country. It is a coordinated, premeditated assault on the men and women who keep us safe.

We must restore law and order. We must restore the confidence of our people to be safe and secure in their homes and on the street.

The senseless, tragic deaths of two people in Louisiana and Minnesota reminds us how much more needs to be done.

This morning I offer my thoughts and prayers for all of the victims’ families, and we pray for our brave police officers and first responders who risk their lives to protect us every single day.

Our nation has become too divided. Too many Americans feel like they’ve lost hope. Crime is harming too many citizens. Racial tensions have gotten worse, not better. This isn’t the American Dream we all want for our children.

This is a time, perhaps more than ever, for strong leadership, love and compassion. We will pull through these tragedies.
