Oga this your story is now getting so many bumps.

At first, you said you needed money for food stuff, now NAN1 for baby from same 5k you requested.
I gave my younger baby PEAK BABY milk when she was little as I was damm broke then and nothing happened to her. Here you are asking for NAN instead of cutting your coat according to what you can get. PEAK BABY milk is also nutritious.

Now the reasons I said your story has K-,leg;
1. Previously money for feeding
2. Now money for NAN as you know people would want to pity because of a child.
3. Your name on Facebook is Nwonkocha Henry
4. Your wife's name on the bank account is Adonye Chinoso Veronica not related to your surname. Let's agree she hasn't done change of name that aside.
5. You Facebook friends' list is on private so I cant confirm if you have her as a friend on Facebook.
6. No pictures of a lady with you on your Facebook profile which is a red flag to me. A new/first father will be all excited to show of his child even if the wife is not exciting to him. But I found none of the child on your Facebook page.
6. I searched for your wife's name, luckily, only a name came out with no pictures or connections attached to you.

I am a new driver here and I have been observing this thread for a while. However I need an assistant with the Bolt App settings.

Bolts usually send new rider requests to me when I am about to finish a current ride, and most time this new rider will call immediately asking me where I am bla bla bla. Out of being impatient most of them cancel which really affect my Driver Score. If I canceled it too it will also affect my score.

So the question is how can I set the app not to send new rider request until I am done completely with a current ride?

Have u been consitent in ur payment? If No, then u have no pawn to fight with.

Did u put it down in your contract that if car is having multiple or major fault, owner will assist in fixing it or borrow u money to fix it? If No then u can't call police for him.

But if u have been paying him his money and he came and collected car from u without giving u ur down payment and all expenses d car has uncured when with u then we can go to d law.

Minus this, u have to move on, learn from your experience and let kama or judgement be on his head, if any exists.

Truth is anybody buying a used car, whether outright payment or HP has to keep substantial money aside for unforseen repairs.
I used to say 200k but now that prices of things have gone up that amount should now be 300k.

Sorry again.
Instead of d emotional torture trying to fight for 100k from this man, if this is verified we can raise go fund me for u. I know men here can do that cos this ur story touch me well well.

Bro just move on menh... I've gone through worse and I didn't die in it.

My wife was 10months heavily pregnant when my partner took his car, I was lucky to get another shortly on HP with 100k DP, 2 weeks after she put to birth a man ran into my car with his Siena bus... Partner came and took his car the next day.

I was stranded, I was indebted and was frustrated... But in all God got my back.

Today I'm better,
I'm stronger
I'm wiser.

The route he can use to get his money back is a long thing and he might even have to pay some money ....I hope he learns from this and as well others ....always take pictures, videos and record conversations it might come handy and needed.

Just forget about it and move on. I'll say you made a lot of mistakes, but it'll better you learn from it and move on.

Don't rush and go into deals like this without consultations from every corner possible again. If you had come here before signing the agreement, paying your small cash to the man and taking the car, I'm sure a lot of people here would have given geniune advise to you that will help you make informed decisions. While there are still lots of good people, not everyone has a kind heart like you do and you must always do all in your power to protect yourself and avoid stories that touch. If you want to collect your Money back now, it may not be worth it anymore, as you'll spend more. Forget about Karma and move on its important Focus your energy on getting ahead at this moment. I really do not have money I would have helped you with as small as possible but enumigbe gan as I'm also still looking for a ride.

What should you do now? Use your very recent experience and look for a car you can start driving ASAP. You have a big advantage since you're not a newbie use it before it's too late. Things will become better for you soon, I believe.

This is what happened to me i wish anyone here is on the bolt platform u would see my story there a guy helped me summerize it there then i explained myself more there....i was frustrated thats y i took such deal so i know he will win the case because he was like he can say am the one that spoilt the car because my mec checked bfore agreement was signed, i just wept and i told him so because i saw u as an elderly man and i told u my situation thats y u doing this to me....

Good afternoon sir please i use a honda city 2007 model i noticed that when i bought the car the man had not serviced it instead they were tooping it so i took it for servicing and the welded under bfore loosing it and my mechanic poured one oil 8k and changed oil seal then after that day i noticed if i start it blue smoke will just be coming out for 15mind bfore it stop and then if i put gear the car vibrates then if i on ac it vibrates badly like it will off so they said i need to get another engine that mine is gone because it can not carry load again i changed d plugs but two of the plugs use to soak oil so am just confused don’t know what to do.. please dont be offended with hw i type i just need solutions

However what people now do is to register under the leader in the logistic business such as Go kada ,GIG, etc . If you are under them you will be free from police ,agberos ,nipost ,Lassa etc .
