Its hapening in all banks. Reasons:
1. There is no much money in circulation. In Imo state here, they were not paid salary. The money was used to buy christmas trees.
2. People are afraid to deposit money because of long queues during this period.
3. Donationation schemes like MMM have been frozen because of media propaganda. So people are not being paired nor depositing money unlike before.

My advice: Manage the little money you have for now. Note: You can transfer or see the money online, but you cant withdraw it.

Even here in Owerri, major banks ATM are not paying. When you complain, they just load small money and go. Assuming MMM is not frozen, people will be depositing money.

Almost all the ATMs in Owerri are not working. They load them with small money. Scammers.

Its no news that some forces dont like MMM. Although am sure they will be back in January.
