Visit Cedacrest hospital Abuja and compare it with National hospital or Gwagwalada hospital in terms of facility.
Also visit Memfys hospital Enugu and compare their facilities with UNTH or Park lane.

I don't know the state you are chatting from oooh but trust me many private hospitals in South East and the South West are the ones who own these facilities you listed as against govt hospitals.
Take Enugu for example almost all the CT scans and MRI are done in private facilities alone. Most government hospitals can hardly boast of functional xray machine let alone CT and MRI.
