kelly4top: Tope i just tire for E-engineer question oh. shebi na this same Germany me and u dey and we never see anything like racism. Although I no blame am sah cos before i came here that was how i also heard so many thing that germans are racist and that this place is a police country and many rubbish but since i even come here i never see police sef not to talk of racism.
I agree with you.i live in East germany and work with lots of Germans , the only black man in the company.I have never experienced racism.people complain abt racism ,what abt tribalism in 9ja.its not different from racism.I beleive german are better than Nigerians when dealing with human race issue.

khunlehzy: Thanks guess I was miss informed.

TravelRe: German Embassy And Visa by stchrischu: 1:53pm On Dec 30, 2012
khunlehzy: Its quit easy. It cost 50Euro or so. The person must be a permanent residence. Am not sure but I think the account will be verify even before awarding the declearation at the local office... Word of advise: its always better u open the blocked account, it gives u an advantage in gettin d visa n makes life a lot easier when you get to germany. Guys you won't find money on d street and its not easy for foreigners to get job considering the language barier and trust me YOU ARE ON UR OWN...
It cost 3k euro to obtain verpflichtungserklärung from the Local Office or if ur sponsor is working ,he must earn atleast 1,25o euro then no need for d 3k.meanwhile the 3k is refundable if u return back to ur country after ur stay.He or she must resident in germany but no necessarily permanent (
befristet und unbefristet permit ).
No, you're the one living in Ajegunle under bridge.. If not, you won't come here and paste over 1 million % VERY AWFUL & WRONG INFORMATION. It's obvious you don't have a clue about German Immigration..... If you don't know about it, its better you ask rather than false building your confidence in something you don't know.

Children born in Germany to non-German parents automatically acquire German citizenship at birth, as long as one of the parents has lived in Germany for at least 8 years and has the right of permanent residence
So, even though if both the student and the baby mother are in Germany as students, they’re entitled to NOTHING.
At least, one of them must have residency status and must have lived in Germany for 8 years
RESIDENCY is different from STUDENT VISA. As a student , you are only in Germany to study and they expect you to leave Germany with you baby and the baby mother.
You are only entitled to your baby’s German Birth certificate. That’s all..
German citizenship law says: A person is eligible for naturalization once they have lived legally in Germany for eight years and have permanent residence status.
The most common ground for citizenship is on the basis of 8 years legal residence in Germany and possession of a settlement permit or valid residence permit.

So, stop saying what you don't know, and stop accusing stchrischu wrongly
thanks ,your information is very correct.

TravelRe: German Embassy And Visa by stchrischu: 10:14pm On Dec 23, 2012
iluminati: if one gives birth in Germany, the baby will become German citizen and this will make the parents have automatic permernent resisdence to stay back in Germany and look after the child who is their citizen. Inshort that is what mosy naija are doing now to get papper.
my friend ,Your informations is 100% wrong.i beleive u are just assuming.I live in Germany and dont pass wrong information around.
TravelRe: German Embassy And Visa by stchrischu: 8:17pm On Dec 23, 2012
