Devaluation and inflation in the country.

When you sell stocks and hold cash, your money will vanish within months and you will be asking, what did I do with money.......

When you sell stocks and buy dollar, you will not have rest of mind like oando shareholders because of uncertainty.

3 things are for me now because of devaluation.

To invest more money in my passive income(shares) because it is the right place to remain now to combat inflation.

To inject more more in my active businesses to take care of family needs.

To buy some portions of land from Japa people at bargain prices.

With way Nigerian politicians think, then it won't be a bad idea to add no.4 which is holding USD as part of investment strategy.

The red in the market is sponsored by official devaluation of naira to ₦1,300+ in the I&E.

People are probably taking profits, which is they are likely shifting to dollar since black market rate is expected to move towards 1700-1800 by the end of Q1 or by Q2, and 2k by September when foreign students start a new session

If not for Dangote Foods, me self for just carry my money run cos as person dey make profit na so devaluation dey pinch am

the problem is getting a potential buyer to buy those scraps. They need to lower the price on them because I saw the price on pH refinery and I told myself I will take extra effort to make an investor to cough out 500m Dollar for that refinery now.

Couple with fact that $500M during GEJ era is not the same value in Naira now grin grin grin

The govt. needs to tackle this Naira issue. I dont care how fantastic your policies are, if you cant stabilize the Naira, forget it.

Nigerians too are not helping, people are now, pulling out of investments and holding the $ as an investment channel. Do you blame them?

as far as I am concerned dangote refinery is for international market, people should be more focused on the port Harcourt refinery. Infact we need more modular refinery for domestic demand.

The govt has no business running refinery. We missed it when the sale of those Refinery was reversed. I expect BAT to sell off those Refineries to serious pivate sector investors.

From what an investment banker anlaysed for me....If you are in profit, it may be best to take profit and wait to reposition when the dust settles. If you are playing long term or targetting dividend then its okay, but forget JIJO for now.

We may begin to see good results and more sell positions.

A word is enough for the wise!!!

Bleak outlook. Hope things change

We do not have a serious and sincere govt. This is a company that NNPC and the CBN supported with the county resources.

Dangote will make a business decision, so long as it favours him. If what him an BUA is battling in the cement industry does not teach anyone a lesson, then we are not ready.

For me, I do not think Dangote is ready to produce fuel until 2025. We can do all the media brouhaha...but reality will always come knocking!

Blood on the dance floor... sorry trading floor
grin

The news of Dangote importing Crude oil is negative for the Naira. Some even believe he may actually be importing fuel along side crude in disguise. Recall PMB gave him an importation license prior to his exit.

The hope of Naira having some ease may be far fetched with this news and if the trend of devaluation continious, customers will default to banks. Thats a whole new level of write-off coming to the bank books.

Its not looking good for the Nigeria economy at the moment.

You na very sincere person... They are the spokespersons of the newbies... As no newbie has ever complained to them grin

I trust you to attack any hypocrite who hide under religion to vomit evil... MEGA won't reply such individuals who use different monikers to seek for attention... Who ask them their holdings and price or wealth in a faceless forum... Him and his crews get money na for their pocket...

Na people wey dey do audio dey know audio na grin

For me it's sad. Nobody here has the intention to mislead people (you or loco and others) I maybe wrong, but that is my believe.

So let's stop all this attack just because of 1-2days of correction. What will happen if we have 1month of bearish market?

It was a good bull run and everyone that engaged early made money. If you didn't, you are late, or was just greedy and wanted more.

What happens if tomorrow banks declare good or special dividend and the market goes for another run...we start laughing again..No na grin

Look at it Sir Loco will disappear or hardly comment, Oga CP, BullBear, OGG, and even Oga Emma...una go tell me who remain. Or if una attack yMcy na to leave permanently be that.

Newbie this, Newbie that... please you people should spare us this talk.
Just a day or two of correction and we start attacking people that meant no harm.

If you are a newbie, go and read about investing or better still invest in a mutual fund or seek advise from your broker. Why should you work hard and make money and depend on what I say or another says in a faceless forum.

Abeg, allow people talk their talk, when it's good we clap for them and when the market corrects we attack them, in the name of fighting for newbie's.

Abeg o... Newbie's this place is not for you, else you will lose your funds.

We have been shouting take profits, take profits...if any Newbie was loading at highs, why do you want to blame others grin grin grin The person selling today bought maybe 1-5yrs ago, so let the newbie wait. Their time will come also to sell. grin

#QED!

Which other name remains eeeh
BUT I no be one mega person with different monikers,I no be long epistle writer, I no dey sell my picks for money, I no dey jealous.

When I point my stock, it dey shake ground reach custom street and my enemies here are not happy but I am happy those with me are making money.

For TIP, anyone who is in serious need of money can sell afterall it has delivered 200%.why blame Loco for the fall today.what has changed?Just that someone offloaded 5m units at a time leading to panic selling.when one needs money he can make use of what he has to solve his problem.TIP is still going places like chams.........

For champion, we are in and market will do it's justice on it.The stock is still available for you and will shut it's doors when it is time. There is a wind which will blow soon in the brewery sector and it will touch all the stocks in that sector.Bears will not have control over them when they begin to move but Loco's stock will do better than them in performance

Some want to imitate me but can't work for them then greediness and jealousleness leading to criticism follows.

I am bigger than you.You are my boy , stop talking nonsense to your boss.

I came out to caution you.

Please lets not discourage people from dropping hints on growth stocks. I think Loco has done a good job in spotting opportunities.

If I marry wife for you, na me go still buy bed for una to Megrimoo? grin

If you entered when Loco advised on Japaul or TIP, you should still be in profit, same way he is encouraging Champion at early stage. Then you go and buy at N8 when Loco is planning to exit grin grin grin

Early entry is always advised.... and you dont expect Loco to inform you when he is exiting na grin grin grin

We have been shoutuing here since on taking some profit, some think say we dey mad. Sir Loco, it seems you will start charging like Oga OGG!!!
