According to Page Six, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is investigating the 38-year-old actor following the accusation by his ex-wife Norma Mitchell Gibson that he physically abused their daughter Shayla between 12 and 16 times.

The messy affair started when Norma filed the application with the court, saying that on August 19, the actor accused the 10-year-old of “stealing her own piggy bank money that she received for her birthday”, and so, he “went into a rage, pushed our daughter to the ground, pinned her face down, put his knees on her back, grabbed her hands with one arm and beat her with the other.”

Marilou Danley, girlfriend of the Las Vegas shooter has returned to the United States, a law enforcement source told CNN.

Local police are hoping to get out some information that might help point to the gunman’s motives for the Las Vegas shooting or if he had accomplices.

Danley flew from the Philippines and landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday evening. She is being accompanied by the FBI in Los Angeles, where Las Vegas police plan to question her, the source said.

Authorities in the US, Philippines and Australia have been involved in the search for Danley, in the hope she might be able to shed some light on what led the 64-year-old to kill 58 people and injure hundreds more.

Maria Antoinette Mangrobang, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration spokeswoman, said Danley, who travels on an Australian passport, had left Manila for Los Angeles, where her flight landed around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday local time.

On the Indonesian island of Bali, more than 134,000 people have been taken to shelters as authorities warn that Mount Agung, in the island’s north, could erupt at any time.

Both volcanoes sit on the Pacific Ring of Fire, an area of intense seismic activity that stretches 40,000 kilometers (25,000 miles) from New Zealand to South America.

That they’re showing signs of erupting at the same time is pure coincidence, said Benjamin Andrews, of the Smithsonian Institution’s Global Volcanism Program.

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State is not letting up on his dreams of ‘Grand Commander of the Federal Republic’ easily.
