2. No, if you're a fresher, you'll pay #20000 (subject to change) acceptance fee and school fees of not more than #60000 only for year one. But as you go up, year two and above, you'll be paying less than #55000 for a year or less than #30000 for a semester

even though it does, that score of yours would back you up, besides this o level grading of a stuff seems archaic and unconventional.
It will not change cos most especially this year the credibility of this year's jamb exams has been laudable.
Zero tolerance to malpractice.
Unlike last year, those who scored high really deserved it and so cos of Oloyede's credibility. Uniuyo would use jamb scores only and I'm 100% sure cos it's the school I graduated from.

If possible, can I get a breakdown of payable fees in UNIUYO for, say a medical student, from first year to final years?

Secondly, Does UNIUYO accept second choice students for admission offer?

Thirdly, what can you say about the chances of a student who choose medicine and surgery in UNIUYO, but scored 332 in UTME with this O level result.

The University Of Uyo has released the cut of marks for all her 92 departments and programs tenable in the citadel of learning.
This is in furtherance to the admission screening timetable that was earlier released.

According to the Dean, Students Affairs, Dr Mrs Idongesit P Solomon,
Torogist gathered that the cut off marks are not static but changes from time to time which may be due to the number of students applying to study that particular course in that particular year. In her words:" In Uniuyo we have about 92 active programmes operating under 12 FACULTIES until we can expand it to accommodate more and more students. That's why we have so many project at the university permanent site".

First it was UNN, then OAU.

DELSU grading system is as follows: (1) O' Level screening: add up your 5 O' level subjects either WAEC or NECO A1 = 12mk, B2 = 10mks, B3 = 8mks, C4 = 6mks, C5 = 4mks and C6 = 2mks. The total from your Waec/Neco multiplied by 0.75. (2) No of result sittings: 1sitting = 5mks and 2sittings = 0mk. (3) Divide your Jamb score by 8. (4) Add up d mks together to get your final score. It is emphasises on..... Waec 45%, jamb 50%, and 1 sitting 5%...

Yea somebody can be admitted with that in DE but it is very hard bc most pple apply with degree, and most of them are probably Unn/uI graduates coming for 2nd degree in Med......
But I know somebody that got Medlab with SLT from Oko poly......
Just pray and run ur stuff
Its 60:40 % olevel to UTME result......and note: I heard DE students might write screening this year

Is it possible for one to be admitted to study either MEDICINE AND SURGERY or NURSING through direct entry with distinction in SLT?

Secondly, do you know the modalities of admission screening in UNN? I mean the ratio used in calculating the cut-off marks for admission. For example, I know that some schools like OAU used 50:50 Olevel to UTME score last year.
So can I get to know the ratio used by UNN?
