Reports like this get u thinking how important corruption is to our artificial economy.
Most of these declines are due to a drop in corrupt and wasteful practices by the nation's MDAs.
Same situation is playing out in the banking sector and TSA.

No doubt, Nigeria's artificially bloated economy will have a tough time outgrowing being spoon fed by corruption. But the long term benefits would be worth the while.
