Hello doc, i need your advice. Have been having this cough that comes and goes, for weeks now. its not whooping just mild and have used liquid cough medicine but it didnt go away. i occasionally cough. Although i had treated Staph infection along the line when i was still having the cough. What can i do to stop it. I took treatment for the staph infection in a hospital, intravenous injection and buttocks. i feel improvements after the treatment but i feel warm (heat) and a little headache ever since. its been a week now after i completed the treatment. Am hypertensive sometimes. (I did comprehensive test at the hospital. It was growth of the bacteria found)

Hello doctor, good evening. Please i need your advice! 5 or 6 days ago, i noticed a whitish-pus-like-spot, on my left tonsil inside my mouth when i open my mouth and looked in a mirrow. I have been so worried i do not know what it is or mean or if it should be taken serious or not. I tried to remove it using my toothbrush, but it will not remove, a little blood came out, i had to stop. It still remained there like it was before. That was yesterday. Today i notice yet another same spot on my right tonsil. Am so scared. Am not having any pain or discomfort, just those things in my mouth. A pharmacist gave me ampiclox today. I took a capsule today. Please i need your advice.

Pls doctor, i need an advice on behalf of a elderly man. He is in pain. He complains of abdominal pains, experienced blood in urine, once. He also complained of not urinating normally some times. He was on self medication when i met him and had to stop him. He cried he has been to the hospital, but they did not give him the necessary care. Please doc, i need a urgent reply. I took pharmafit Ginseng soft capsule(korea) just a capsule for the first time together with emzor paracetamol on going to bed at night. I was awaken in the middle of the night by body itching, culdn't fall asleep again, and feeling soft stomach, discomfort like worm and d urge 2 use d toilet. Could this discomfort possibly be a adverse reaction of the drug? or caused by other thing (like that very day before night i had a RVS test just 2 knw my status. Could the other cause be from the needle used for the test?). But d result showed negative. But am stil worried cos d itch has last up to 6days now. Thanks!

Hello doctor. Am responding quite well on Hypertensive and palpitation medication(for two weeks now). My high blood pressure and bounding heart beat is gradually coming down. But often i have headache, change in vision sometimes, dizziness and weakness, stuffy nose(right nostril), cough sensation, feeling of tight or blocked sensation in my throat sometimes. Have complained about these to the doctor, but no satisfactory reply(a public hospital). I feel so helpless

Please help me! I was treated for malaria and typhoid fever few weeks ago. And am on blood pressure and palpitation medication. Am having this blocked nose on my right nose and a mild cough feeling in my throat, that would not stop. I think it has been more than two weeks. What could be the course and what can I possible do?

Please doctor, i notice have been frequently urinating mostly at night. I was thinking i should take lesser water daily, but my dad said it is because of the cold weather, especially at night; But i do not want to be ignorant, what could be the possible cause and what can i do to stop it?

Good day doctor. The psychiatrist helped me to think positive. (Am having blocked noise on my right). On the aspect of my medication I have been using prescription drugs for High BP and heart palpitation for over a week-plus now. Am on Asomex 2.5 and Bisoprolol fumarate 5mg (one tablet each daily). Two days ago I went to complain to the pharmacy that am feeling slight headache, warm, dizzy and slight stomach pinch sometimes. She rechecked my BP and palpitation, and it reads that my BP has droped low like 125 from 147, but my heart beat is stil a little greater than 100. She asked me to suspend Asomex but take only Bisoprolol. Today when I read my BP myself per minutes, it reads 71, and i do not feel the heart pounding. But it is not constant, it sometimes fluctuate, i feel the pounding( at times, when lying down or resting or occasionally and when am emotional or lifting a heavy object). Am concerned because with my present medication I do not want to end up developing a low BP and slow heart beat. I feel like stop using the medication.

Thank you doctor. I do really think I need to see a psychiatrist. What caused my panick disorder linguered on for too long. Am trying to put my self together now. The doctor ordered a malaria and typhoid test because I was having fever. Even my throat as i explained, i was feeling like there's lump of swallowed food that will not move down(no pain or swell, just inner feeling). The throat feeling started when I was greatly emotionally troubled(in deep tears) when all of a sudden as i was walking to a hospital because i was feeling hot and ill, suddenly i felt heavy on my right shoulder and then blockage in my throat. I was such in a sorry state. I keep drinking water all the time to loosen my throat, manytimes the feeling subside. This was last month early August. Now i don't feel the blockage as before. I was so scared i went for HIV test. It was Negative. Yet, am still scared and worried, like am going crazy. It all started when i mistaken had unprotected sex with my fiance(girl frnd). That same day, when she left, was when i had the panick attack(cos its against my faith and a sin). I was so deep in sorrow and repentant and anxiety of my wrong and the possibility of her getting pregnant. Few weeks past, nothing. She was not. My anxiety shifted to the possibiliy of her being HIV positive, because we hav been distant for a year. She went for the test on my request, she said it was Negative. But i was stil uncertain cos she confessed she cheated once(2 years ago)..which word added more to my heart pounding. Am such in a confused state. Thats the genesis of my fast heart beat and High BP together with my work stress and poor sleep. Now, I feel so different like am dying. Am on Lexotan, Asomex and Bisoprolol fumarate 5mg( a replacement to Corbis because i couldn't find it in the nearby pharmacy). Pls I advise me.

Hello Doc. Am a newly registered member. I don't really know where to type my question. Please, I am 28yrs old, male. On july 1st, I was cut in anxiety over the outcome of an incident that really troubled me. I noticed my heart beat pounding, but I overlooked it. Maybe it subsided after that day, because I never paid close attention to it...but i was so worried and stressed with thoughts about the sad incident, even at work. It persist for over a month-plus. Now, is September, I just checked my blood pressure, reading over 140-7. And my heart beat pounds. Am also having malaria and typhoid fever, and feeling a blockage in my throat(just feeling, no swell or pain). My doctor prescribed Lexotan, Corbis and Asomex drugs for me (BP). But am scared of the side effects because am only 28yrs. Am taking multivitamin tablets and immune booter while treating the fever. Mum bought Tab Vasoprin for me. I wish i could try other natural therapy to treate it. Can it help? Please advise me, I don't want to get any worse. Thanks!
