They can't arrest u... its even illegal to arrest anyone that has a bad loan... thats y these companies should put documents in place like getting a collateral....they can only use corrupt police to intimidate u... as long as u dint drop a post dated cheque , no one can charge u to court for failing to pay a loan... unless if its stated in the contract and u accept it but they don't put such in contracts cos its illegal... no one can go to jail for failing to pay a loan, unless they can prove beyond reasonable doubt that u diverted the funds for some other personal use ..then they can turn it to a fraud case

thats not true.. when applying for the loan i am sure you filled out and agreed to some contracts that gives the loan company legal right to prosecute you.

I saw this story and read through since I have had a similar experience especially about the car being seized in Benin only for me to check the name and picture and it was the same guy ... Mine happened late 2014 to 2015 he was using the name ibossmotors ... We did a deal on a Camry 2009 lost around a million six hundred to the guy .. I admit I was dumb and played into his hands but I would like to see this guy caught and dealt with

Oga i dont mean to spoil ur mind on anything but dat guy is a scam ... i paid for a car since may 1.7mill it was one story after anoda till october before he went awol, he used lekan kesh and inspired autos as refrees wen i spoke to them they both said dey dont knw him or have ever met him.
