Help My Friend Decide: 5million Or A 100k Job?

A friend of mine just got an offer from his late brother's company few months after his demise.

I think you should run a test in the hospital because u never told us if u used protection with that lady or any other lady you have been with. Again it may just be psychological. Help pls, am having I problem which I feel is not normal..
Av never had issues of erection before in my life. A mere thought of a woman arouses me .

Recently I had sex with a lady and In between the act, my penis started falling but I managed to finish the job

After that sex that night, I noticed my penis is no longer feeling much sensation, no thought of a woman could get me strong not even watching a pornography.
