I use to work as professional video editor and web developer while in Nigeria I was earning well until I and my family relocated to Austria through study route. The story is nothing compared to Nigeria. The benefits and standard of living will make you cry for not have been abroad all your life.

It isn't because Nigeria is a dysfuncional country that people are not paying their power bills. We pay our phone bills easily, we also pay a host of other bills, but when it comes to power, we have the idea that it should be free of charge or cheap.

That is why we can restructure or separate Nigeria, and power will still be a problem.

AM sure you think SA is a 'decent country' , yet they too have blackouts partly because of mismanagement, and partly because people are not paying their bills to eskom.
