what we can do is the have data companies licencesed.

take for instance lagos state license's 4 companies to operate DATA collection. what they will do is get information on people and keep it in their data base.

So for a fee any company can access the 4 data bases and verify. ONLY THE POLICE AND INTELLIGENCE SERVICE WILL HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THIS DATA BASE.

I am not a DATA EXPERT but this should be given to our Final year student as their project work. OUR SCHOOLS must solve our problems not create or HIGHLIGHT them.
