Pipul TV is actually streaming the channels for free from IPTV by installing an app into the IPTV decoder they buy from China. Pipul TV now buy bulk unlimited data from 9mobile and sell it to you for N3500 which you use to stream the channels. without sim data those channels can not show because they are internet based. So Pipul TV is making money from decoder and Data they sell to you.

why don't you save your N25,000, buy unlimited data for N2000, watch all the same channels when ever you want

Thank God I have discover how to watch all the pipul TV and Tstv listed channel for free using internet Data. meaning I don't need to subscribe to PipulTv , DStv or Tstv before I can enjoy my life. All I do is by unlimited data bundle, vola all the channel is in my Palm.

The two package are N4000 and N7000. They are coming to Nigeria, I believe in August 2019. Their website is ChoizeTv.com and I believe They now have Social Media Platforms enabled now. I actually watched a trial herein D.C.. I think they are working on the NBC licensure part so that they don't get into the trouble that TSTV or PIPUL tv got into. I actually think it's a great idea.
