There is nothing more vulnerable than a man who has fallen for a woman. If women appreciated just how fragile a man in love is, it's likely they would use the power they have to get exactly what they want in a relationship. Men want love and marriage as much as women. Men are simply more fragile when the connection deepens. As a man adjusts to his feelings for a woman, the first thing he has to navigate is how much he wants to get you in bed. That's because if it doesn't go right there, he won't see any point to paying attention to his heart. Without sex, what you have is just friendship, and that's simply not enough to make a modern relationship last. All great love begins with not being able to keep your hands off one another. This heat binds you and quickly becomes the most searing experience in a new relationship. The intimacy that takes two people beyond friendship opens a man's heart -- and yours, too. This physical connection makes all the difference as time goes by. It's a place to which you can return to rekindle what first sparked your passions. When men think about commitment, their first instinct is providing and protecting, regardless of the equality standards of today. The man who is ready for love needs the woman he has set his sights on to respect his primal impulses, even when you can pay your own bills and have the tools to protect yourself. It's part of what makes a man who he is. That requires a woman to give a man what he needs to feel secure. It all begins with loyalty. A man's got to know that you can build intimacy with him that goes beyond what you have with your girlfriends, your mother or sister. A relationship is about the two people and has no room for anyone else. You both need your friends and have to keep enjoying and playing with the people who are so important to you, but these people shouldn't get access into the inner sanctum and secrets of your relationship, not ever. When a man falls in love with a woman, his whole world shifts. He begins thinking about the life you can have together and what is expected of him. Most men will still take on the role of protector, envisioning himself as your champion. Most importantly for him, he sees himself as the provider of your happiness. That's why when a woman cheats on a man, she's likely to pay a much higher price than when a man cheats on a woman. Women, on average, are emotionally stronger and deal with change and ups and downs much easier than men. Women are more resilient. Women forgive more easily than men do, especially when it comes to affairs of the heart. This is changing, because of independence, but according to the interactions I've had over many years, women are still more willing to forgive, if not forget. It's ironic that when a man gets caught cheating, he says it was "only sex." In my experience, that's not how he feels when the woman he loves admits to cheating. Perhaps it's because men see themselves as more physical, while they believe women are entirely emotional about sex, which hits them harder. That's an incorrect analysis, because women are just as carnal as men, even if they've not caught up to this modern feminist reality. Men simply don't digest disloyalty very easily or quickly. In fact, the hit to their heart, their ego and their manhood often cannot survive what they see as the ultimate betrayal. Another man being inside his home, taking conquest over the woman he loves, protects and for whom he provides. That's because if a woman is cheating, the man sees this as the ultimate statement that you're unhappy. This means the man who loves you has failed at his most important job. That crushing news will destroy him emotionally and dismantle everything he thought he had with you. For most men, there is no going back and no way to undo the damage. http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/5758822?ncid=txtlnkusaolp00000592 |

Boko Haram insurgents have reportedly taken over the town of Bama in northeast Nigeria's Borno state, following heavy fighting with government troops, but the military disputed the claim. Scores of Boko Haram militants on Monday launched pre-dawn attacks on troops that had deployed in the town in preparation for a large-scale offensive to reclaim territory seized by the Islamists. Hours of intense fighting, which followed previous attempts by the group to seize territory in Nigeria's far northeast, led to an exodus of thousands of residents to the state capital, Maiduguri. The military said on its Twitter account @DefenceInfoNG on Monday evening that it had pushed back the insurgents and followed up on Tuesday morning with another, which stated simply: "#Victory." But residents who fled the 75 kilometres (45 miles) to Maiduguri claimed the insurgents drove out the troops and took control of the town, including its military base. "Bama is now in the hands of Boko Haram because not a single soldier remains there," said Umar Dahiru. "More than 400 soldiers in Bama joined residents in fleeing the Boko Haram insurgents who took control of the military barracks," he told AFP. People coming to the city have to pass by the University of Maiduguri, where one student, Aliyu Dawud, said he saw "many soldiers driving into Maiduguri in open vans" on Monday evening. "Some of them had no boots, some had only vests on them while others had no guns. From their looks they were on the run for their lives," he added. The military initially seemed to have the upper hand against Boko Haram, but that changed when the military jet bombarded its own troops, forcing soldiers to flee, one resident said. "The jet could not distinguish between soldiers and Boko Haram and bombarded the military barracks which was at the time under the control of soldiers," said Yasir Zarami. "The aerial bombing destroyed the military barracks and forced soldiers to flee towards Maiduguri along with thousands of civilians." Borno senator Ahmed Zannah told BBC radio's Hausa service late on Monday that Bama fell to Boko Haram and soldiers were forced to flee because the jet bombed and destroyed their barracks. Maiduguri, which is the Islamists' spiritual home, has had its curfew extended from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am (1800-0500 GMT). The military said this was to prevent "infiltration into Maiduguri Metropolis by insurgents who suffered heavy casualties". https://www.yahoo.com/news/rival-victory-claims-boko-haram-nigeria-battle-142413871.html

Keneking: Great ...waiting for similar phones calls in Nigeria over troubled North Eastern region.we pray that happens asap |
On Wednesday, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's office announced that Poroshenko and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, had spoken by phone, and "the result of the conversation was agreement on a permanent cease-fire in the Donbass," the term used for Ukraine's eastern regions. "An agreement was reached about mutual vision of steps that will promote peace." A few hours earlier, Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that in the conversation, Poroshenko and Putin had discovered that their views on how to stop the bloodshed in the region "coincide to a considerable degree." Poroshenko's office didn't disclose any details of the peace plan, or explain how Putin could agree to end a battle he insists he isn't fighting. There was also no immediate reaction from the pro-Russia separatists fighting Ukrainian forces in eastern Ukraine. The separatists didn't abide by Poroshenko's last cease-fire. The agreement was announced as President Obama landed in Estonia to demonstrate NATO's commitment to keep Moscow from attacking member states near Russia (Ukraine isn't a member of NATO), and a day before NATO meets to discuss how to handle Russia's aggression. Timothy Ash, an analysts at Standard Bank in London, is skeptical about the timing: I guess for the Ukrainian military this gives them a chance to regroup after recent military setbacks, and bide time to see what NATO and the EU delivers over the next few days in terms of deterrents to Russia for further intervention. In the past we have seen Moscow looking to talk/sending peace signals just before important EU/G7/NATO meetings, and presumably to weaken momentum toward sanctions/countermeasures. Subsequently we then saw further intervention and escalation. Obama and other NATO nation leaders meet Thursday and Friday in Wales. http://m.theweek.com/speedreads/index/267438/speedreads-ukraine-announces-permanent-cease-fire-after-phone-call-with-russias-vladimir-putin

Tallesty1: On pointcheers |
Whenever love is mentioned the thought that comes to most people's mind is that love is a state of being a fool to someone else...... that's WRONG Loving someone doesn't make you foolish, it really goes to show your elevated level of existence. ... Here are some misconceptions about love---: Love is wicked: whoever came up with such idea must have been at the lowest point of existence and to think it was even used as a song beats my imagination,,, if that statement is right it means human existence is for a wicked purpose.. Love is blind: Love makes you to overlook some certain things and people term it being blind. As a kid there were somethings I did and got away with thinking nobody noticed or saw it but now I know better because I see somethings my younger ones do and I just overlook giving the impression I never noticed, you get my point ,,Just because you overlook some certain things don't make you blind. Love only leads to heart break: Capital WRONG,,, We always see sacrifices as suffering for someone else, we focus too much on being appreciated we forget the whole essence of a relationship(am not saying you shouldn't be appreciated ),,,, it is selfishness and greed that breaks the heart not love. If you are an embodiment of love it doesn't matter who you meet, you always show love be it the one who keeps you happy all the time and makes you warm at night or the stranger whose name you don't even know ... Cheers..... |
ibiso1986: Stingybread, why is it that after taking a bottle of Legend, I'm always romantic.. That is I flow with girls without running out of topic.. shosky1794: Nothing special will happen. I've been taking coffee since I got out of high school. I stopped in-between though. Situations around me actually determine if I'll stick to it or not. So I stop or continue with it depending on.....whatever makes you happy,, cheers *raises my tot of Jack Daniels * |
PreciousGem: is it alright for pregnant and breasting womennooooooooooo |
loswhite: did u see this in my post "romantic love"? In your village is romantic love about people ? Wetin concern ppl to be free around you with romantic love? You are probably confusing romantic love with other types of lovehmmm,, when I said ppl it was in reference to anyone that isn't you,, that said I want you to understand where am coming from,, a relationship is about giving and building,, so just because you are romantically involved with someone that does not share your values don't mean you should stop loving them and just because you love someone don't mean you must be with them......shey you get? |
shosky1794: You have an 'ally' here. Infact people in my office think coffee is an addiction for me but I know better. It's never an addiction. I can stop anytime I feel like.brother try stopping for a week and see what happens |
loswhite: when it comes to romantic love, it is always conditional. Anybody that claims other wise is Js lyingthe fact that you love someone don't mean you have to be with him/her,,,, show love, let people feel free around you, a thought of you should spark excitement in them.. Believe me if you show people love,, they won't be able to do without you.. Believe that |
loswhite: can u continue to love a girl that is not in luv with youif a lady isn't romantically inlove with me I would breakup with her but that doesn't mean I will stop loving her,, |
