Kitchen with store
Guest toilet.
Guest bedroom.
Laundry.

FIRST FLOOR.
Privare Family lounge with balcony.
Master's bedroom with balcony.
Madam's bedroom.
Children's bedroom.
Study room.
All rooms are ensuite and cross ventilated.

The security man house have also commenced.

We have started pouring concrete for the lintel in our BQ.

Rounding off with the backfilling of this high foundation.

for the Duplex, the carcass from foundation to roof excluding plastering and screeding is estimated at 16.5m.

I turn bushes to houses.

Meanwhile our BQ is also gaining height. Almost at the lintel level.

We're now leveling by additional 3coaches for the internal walls and 2coaches for the external walls.

The client is the one that buys the materials. My duty is to supervise and pay labourers.

The recommendation for the suspension of Abba Kyari in the face of the damaging allegation against him, is in order. While investigation is going on, he should be made to stand aside. He has a case to answer in the U.S, in Nigeria and with the police. There should be no form of interference with the investigation, even as integrity is at stake.

I have a similar project in Abuja on a 460sqm plot. Though mine is semi detached 5 bedroom duplex; all rooms ensuite (1 at ground floor with kitchen, dinning and main lounge; 3 at 1st floor with family lounge; and 1 at 2nd floor, with a gym/general sit out) and 3 units of 2 bedroom flats; all rooms ensuite.

1 piece of 16mm is 7950.
,, ,, 12mm is 4400.
,, ,, 8mm is 2100.

1tonne of 16mm, 12mm and 8mm contains 52, 93 and 210 pieces respectively.

The carcass only from foundation to roof excluding plastering and screeding is estimated at N25m. It might be lower or higher depending on your location.

That land doesn't look like swampy area so why the high foundation is for you engineer know how to waste materials.

my brother its not about been swampy. We took the level of the existing road and deemed it fit to use high foundation. We build for safety and economy. The area is still developing and you don't know what will happen in 20years coming. Its better to do it now than to regret later.
