Capentry formworks for the lintel and columns have been concluded and we're now pouring concrete.

BQ foundation block work

Excavation of the foundation trenches has been concluded and concrete for the footings has been done so bricklayers have started laying blocks.

As we're waiting for the iron benders to round off with the reinforcements for the first floor slab we decided to start the setting out profile and excavation for the 2bedroom BQ beside the duplex.

BQ features:

Entrance Porch.
Ante-room.
Main Lounge.
Dinning.
Kitchen with store.
2bedrooms all ensuite and cross ventilated.

Plumbing work

We are using duct piping system for the plumbing works but it won't be possible in the toilet for the Master's bedroom so we decided to use conduit for only the master's.

We introduced internal beams 4y16@200 c/c as specified in the structural design.

Beside, you need to calm when getting barned or else the bot will barn you from all sections of NLand till 2040.

I heard that it has banned Seun before. What could be the cause.

I have been receiving series of bans from the antispam bot for almost a week now. I haven't breached any rule so please why am i been banned. Whenever the ban expires it automatically comes back anytime I comment on my post.

Iron benders are getting ready to start work meanwhile we need to spread polythene sheet in other to retain concrete.
