Capentry formworks for the lintel have been concluded and we're now pouring concrete.

More lintel carpentry works

Reinforcements ( 4y12 @ 300 c/c ) for the lintel has been concluded and carpentry formworks are on going. We'll start casting hopefully by Monday.

Space for duct pvc pipe.

We have started laying blocks from the ground floor to the lintel level. Its going to be 11 coaches instead of the normal 9 coaches. The bedrooms and living room windows are 900mmx1800mm.

We watered the foundation yesterday and we ready to compact.

There's no exact cost to complete a 4bedroom bungalow.
Your taste of finishes will be considered. Will it have concrete facia? Is it aluminium roofing sheets or stone coated roofing tiles? Is it going to be casement windows or normal sliding windows? Will it have a window hood? These and more are the various things you have to put into consideration before trying to estimate the cost. It happened to me until I went to the bank and changed the phone number in my BVN.

We have concluded foundation block work and have started the reinforcement for the plinth beams.

One of the essence of the plinth beams is to prevent the extension of cracking of the foundation in the wall above when the foundation suffers from differential settlement.

We completed the pouring of concrete in the plinth beams and columns today. Getting ready for the backfilling of this high foundation

More 9" blocks are been supplied to the site.

These blocks was bought at the rate of N200 each last week but this morning the supplier said its 220 now.
