smoking isnt the only reason. It's just some openings in the tonsil that gathers calcium matters. And it oozes. Awfully smell.

One time I drank a cup of extremely salty (sea salt) water to melt mine. The vomit i vomited 10minutes after was so slimy and smelly ehn. Since then i gargle with very salty water (sea salt) like deep throat gaggle to melt it and brush. Water so salty my mouth burns. Lol
