I just feel this guy is really talented... And he needs more encouragement....

Good Morning

Please I am having serious issues with UBA BANK.. it all started when the Sum of 10,000 Naira transfer transaction was sent into my account by my Aunty who works in Sky Bank Portharcourt Rivers State on the 23rd of December 2016. I then called her to confirm I received the Money and she also confirmed she was debited.

On the 30th of December 2016. I got an alert on my phone and Email notification that the sum of 10,000 Naira was deducted (Transferred) out of my account which I didn't carry Out. So I called UBA customer care line :234 1 280 8822 and I sent a Mail to them : cfc@ubagroup.com . Their customer care agent made reference to the transaction made on 23rd of December 2016 and said they will get back to Me since it was already weekend. Their Mail reply was that in 4 days time I would get a reply. And so I waited.

The 4 days stipulated passed with out no reply, so I payed a visit to there branch Office in Lagos State, Egbeda Branch. I made my complain and was told the transaction was reversed to the sender, so I called my Aunty and she confirmed with her Bank and made her complain also. Now are Bank got through to here that no Money was received and that they had got in touch with UBA Bank and that the Money was in their custody. My Aunty got back to me and said I should return to my bank and let the know so they can make necessary corrections and make a refund.

Now I have been visiting the said branch from on the 9th - 13th of January 2017 with no head way or progress. my Aunty's Bank statement has been sent to UBA and they in turn have confirmed and accepted that they are in possession of my money. Now I am in shock because A bank of so many years with experience will act in such manner as to illegally deduct a customers account without proper check or confirmation of their books.
I am also disappointed that it is taking them this long to refund such amount in their possession after confirming that they are at fault.

I will paste some mails I sent and received from them. Please if their is anyone here who can help me or give me a professional advise I would be grateful. Thanks

Just came back from Jamb's office in Benin



Was told not to worry that if after the Examz nxt week and I don't see my Result I should come am make a formal complain...



And that also as long as the Site didn't tell Me Exam malpractice or Came late to Exam or late Registration... That there isn't any cause to worry...



Also there are those who took jamb on the first-day, thay also haven't gotten theirs..
