VGA problem, did you update the display adapter driver? If yes uninstall it if no then fault from motherboard, reballing the VGA chip can bring it back to life.

Hmmm, I did not update display adapter driver. The issue just started one morning and it just went blank. Sometime, it will come up, then I thought it is the windows 8 on it, so I formatted it and installed windows 8.1. But it still persist since then. So how will I really the VGA chip?

Please engineers, I have issue with my PC. When I on it, it will just start showing horizontal lines. Immediately o off it and tries to on it, it won't come up again, it will just blank. Pls what should I do to it please. The solution and cwost. Here is the picture below.
