Please stop this "full support and prayers" bulshit being propagated by PDP, TAN and the government. What a modern army needs to succeed are Motivation, military hardware, training and most important of all good commanders.

Al-Qaida did not hold unto any territory and was never interested in capturing any territory, their main goal was the elimination of western influence from Islamic nations and revenge on the west for killing fellow Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq.

ISIS came up due to the crisis generated as the result of the civil war that started in Syria and spilled into Iraq due to the Incompetent, sectarian and corrupt leadership of Al-Malaki.
You know what, I don't argue with people like you.

My own take is; whoever is power should perform. The country is in a mess. That's a fact. Because the operation is slow doesn't mean that the Nigerian Army is not working. Don't forget that lives of those kids are involved here

You have to agree with me that it is quite disgraceful for a great Army such as ours to be losing terrotories to BH due to lack of leadership.
My dear brother, I beg to Disagree with you o (if u won't mind) Loosing territories to terrorist groups like BH is not peculiar to Nigeria o. Have u 4gotten Al-Qada and most recently; ISIS?

All what the Nigerian army need is our full support and prayers

True, fella.
I think we a need aggressively creative minister of foreign affairs and a strong-willed President, not one who will because of political selfishness, pick a certain Aminu Wali (just to appease the Ab0kis as regards 2015) over an abrassive Viola Onwuliri.

God Bless Nigeria.

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it.
You don't destroy a tree by starting to cut from the top. You start from the bottom!

Jonathan and his cabinet knows that Boko Haram is not sponsored by some Nigerians alone. There are some elements of French, American and Chadian twists to it.
A certain Prof. Iwu Iyiorcha revealed it some days back, saying that business men within the Lake Chad Basin (bordering Chad, Nigeria, Niger and Cameroun) are the ones fuelling and sponsoring these monsters! It is a known fact that Idris Derby of Niger is a close associate to the terrorists.

They created this insurgents just to delay and ultimately prevent Nigeria from tapping into her share of the discovered crude oil that flows around the North-East to the Lake Chad.

Our politicians know about this, yet they chose to play politics with it!

God! We need patriots for leaders, PLEASE!
I'm not gonna argue with you my brother.

That means it's may b more diplomatic then. In the meantime, don't let's loose hopes.

Let our voices be heard.

International media maintains their tempo in replaying the old news and will NEVER air the recent takeover by the soldiers. If you need truth on ground, do not listen to foreign media. Just like HIV and Ebola, these are all ploys to destroy Africa and Africans.
That's the obvious truth. They fail to bring to d frontline, the conquests of the Nigerian miltary in the fight against insurgency.

psp2pc:
Buhari is a muslim, so he does things according to the quran. Jonathan is a christian and he does things the as bible instructs.
its like salah and xmas. Everyone knows wia he belongs.
its like a christian condemning a muslim for celebrating salah or a muslim condemning a christian for celebrating xmas.
the No1 position in nigeria now is not about how well a candidate can perform ,but based on region and religion.
Am neither condemning nor supporting buhari. + am a christian.
But bros, people shouldn't impose their religious belief on other people. Nigeria is not a one-religious state.

When people brand Buhari a religious bigot, they aren't far from the truth.
My own take is that Buhari should never benefit from a democracy he truncated
31years ago.
That's the reason why he can never be the president of this country
