Let me educate you in case you don't know:

A brigadier general is usually the head of a brigade which is made up of about 1000 - 5000 men depending on its specialization.

A brigade is made up of at least 4 Battalions all led by a lieutenant Colonel and Colonels in some instances.
A battalion strength is between 350 to 800 men and women.

Tell me which grade level 13 civil servant has direct supervision of between 1000 - 5000 people and equipments.

Is this the kind of person you would want to place as a statue to be moving your seat for you (irrespective of the perks of being an ADC) ?

Two very dangerous combination is a liar and an ignoramus who argues.

* There is no brigadier in Nigeria who controls 1000-5000 people.
* The simple fact of the matter is that a brigadier in the army is equivalent to a level 13 in the civil service and even if you vex and jump inside a well it will not change that fact
