V.o I will not be granting you and passed me the blue paper

Note- the blue paper says lack of home ties , am 34 going for my first degree , I don't have a kid yet , my sponsor is American and not family

Advice needed on reapplying for a new interview .. can I say I have a kid in the next 1-20 form I fill to get better home ties .. is it possible
