I'm not gonna talk about this issue any more, but I want to correct the narrative in the emboldened. Mike is also a troublemaker in the context you described. Mike has goaded Tacha in the past.

Tacha told the HMs to stop cheering her on (probably because she was flopping at the arena games and felt she was being taunted) during the games. The HMs knew it made her sad and stopped but Mike decided to continue and it made Tacha flip and call him out. Even Esther later told Mike that he's fond of doing that to Tacha and he'd should stop. It caused a big issue that day.

Mike also goaded Seyi with the "earth is flat" talk despite Seyi telling him to stop that he didnt find it funny. It made Seyi to get angry and refuse to actively participate in their group's task preparation which they lost.

So, you saying Mike is blunt as an excuse to show Mike doesn't goad people means both Frodd and Tacha are also innocent and not troublemakers because they are both blunt and would say whatever to your face. If Mike is not a troublemaker for being blunt, Tacha and Frodd ain't either because they're blunt as well.

I don't know what people expected Ike to say about Mike, but he doesn't owe Mike a defense. Not like Mike defends him sef.

Mike and Ike are not Miracle and Tobi. Miracle would have never sat by and allowed a Mercy to hang around Ike and vice versa. Both friends spoke to each other about the toxic women in their lives, meanwhile, Mike believes in minding his business and not ruffling feathers.

There is nothing wrong with how Ike approached the matter. Both Mike and Tacha are his friends, the best he could have said was "I know he's like that, but don't let it get to you. Dust it off"

The only people riled up by Ike's words tonight are people that wouldn't have voted for him anyway, so, they can continue with their anger. All is well.

Ike is not lying, I'm not asking him to lie, but I expected to play a peacemaker instead of entertaining the gist about his best friend. Bros, let's drop the issue, biko. It's an old gist. It's all in the past.

The answers are no. Let me give you another example. After Seyi swapped Khafi with his save and replace, Tacha didn't beef Seyi at all for his decision. In short, in the diary room, she told Biggie that she thinks that maybe Seyi's Veto usage was because of the veto game the previous week but THAT SHE IS STAYING OUT OF IT AS BOTH WERE HER FRIEND AND SHE WON'T INTERFERE. THAT SHE HOPES BOTH OF THEM WOULD SORT OUR THEIR ISSUES.


Anyway, let's die the matter. What's been said about the issue is all in the past. We move on.

I didn't forget he sees Tacha as friend. The fact he sees Tacha as friend is why he'd have done what I described in the scenarios I've already penned down. Seyi and Khafi were Tacha's best friends, but yet she didn't choose sides or agree with what Seyi said about Khafi. Mike and Mercy are the only people Ike said he's loyal to, nobody else, not even Tacha or Diane, so he'd have backed out of the discussion and told Tacha to go sort her problems with Mike. After all Tacha played the same card with him when Ike mentioned Sir Dee

This way, he's not siding either of Tacha or Mike who are his close friends. Using one stone to kill two birds.
