chuks404: . You are right sir. It is non of my business. But point of correction, I never classified opinion. I only said maturity makes you sieve the information so read well next time . Besides , how can one make controversial statement without statistical backup in football even if its one thought pattern. It shows a lot about the mind . Ok |

chuks404: . Nice question , maybe you have to reread my statement . You can't say whether an opinion is mature or not because it is an opinion either way it's non of your business |

chuks404: . Lol , not really, of course maturity makes one sieve what one says from many thoughts that come to mind. When one is reckless with these thought because you want to sound unique then there is big problem. We aint kids in football here. When you make statement back it up. you just don't type because you want to type bro. What makes an opinion mature? |

Lucque: Subzero Mikel himself said he wanted to retire,he wasn't forced to retire...so how about we respect his decision na.. This is not the first time players retired and have been called back to the national team, if he feels he can help he should be called up |

Olulong: To be honest apart from Agu and probably Alhassan Yusuf, none of this guys have done enough to warrant a call up truth be told. And Mikel is retired!!! We are short of players in that position, When we were lacking left backs we called up Jamilu Collins from German division two and he solved our left back crisis, we also called up Uzoho from Spanish division two Why the high bar now? And is it Shehu Abdullahi that will solve our midfield crisis? As far as there is a hole in the midfield Mikel's name will always come up |

We are not short of midfielders
We have Oforborh, Mikel, Sone Aluko at the Championship, Nwakali in Spain, Agu in Portugal, Alhassan Yusuf in Sweden, Nwobodo in Turkey and other midfielders scattered across Europe
That Rohr decided to keep the midfield section scanty does not mean we lack midfielders |

Icon4s: Come on..... Some one that won Man of the match against Cameroon in Uyo?
Please let's try and be objective in our assessment. Idowu scored against Argentina, Ezenwa was man of the match against Cameroun it doesn't mean anything His quality is not SE level at the moment and that is what matters |

Icon4s: Chairman, this is not a friendly game, there are di many new Players in the team already. For a game like this Shehu Abdullahi is very much capable.
Secondly, Shehu's original position is DM, he was only a make-shift right back.
And did I see you say "Nepotism"? How? I don't understand. Shehu has been played many times in the team and found non capable, what makes him capable now |

To think that Rohr passed up the opportunity to invite Oforborh, Luke Amos
And this was the man preparing for 2022 world cup |

Olulong: Let's just chill. I'm awaiting when Ndidi, Azeez and our full backs will all be fit then we'll see the Excuse Rohr will have for inviting Shehu. Rohr will always have an excuse, there is already no excuse for inviting him now |

smartsmith0907: I know exactly what am saying Frank and Ajayi are so poor with the ball they can even link the ball from defense to the CMF..they are definition of brawl without brain nah all these jam body football they sabi...but shehu might not be really technical but seriously he is still more technical than the duo. You don't know Shehu if he was half as good as you have described him he would be a mainstay in the team, this is pure blind hyping |

smartsmith0907: lolzzzz he is playing with the best team in Cyprus biko no underestimate that team ...he is even playing in the Europa a starter for his team ...though he has failed playing in DMF role in the SE..he has only played once in this role in the SE...let try to see him in the role again ...he has better ball playing ability than onyeka and ajayi combined...I know what am saying. You certainly don't know what you're saying |

Olulong: Shehu is originally a DM, he only played as a right back in the national team.
Buh he could have gone for Mikel Agu than Shehu He plays right back in many of his club matches, the point is that he has not impressed in any of these positions in the national team This is his 3rd year of invite, non invite in the national team and Rohr is still using the excuse of experiment? |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Subzero047: 7:02pm On Nov 09, 2020 |
smartsmith0907: Shehu invitation is justifiable...shehu is natural DMF since his early he is familiar with that position..he was converted to RB in as much as I hate nepotism and marginalization if there is any I will be the first to frown here. Pure nepotism, Shehu has been tried at DM position, failed, tried at right back position, failed, dropped from the national team Now playing in Cyprus and being invited to replace a midfielder while we have better performing midfielders in the Championship, Spain, Portugal |

smartsmith0907: Mikel has retired Let him RIP( Retire in peace ) He has paid his dues If it's by playing Shehu and Ajayi in DM then Mikel is far from retired I feel Rohr's reason for playing these pseudo DMs is to have an excuse for poor play |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Subzero047: 6:51pm On Nov 09, 2020 |
Mikel has been balling in the Championship he was not invited na to invite Cyprus right back to play as DM and make excuses after the match |

smartsmith0907: He failed once doesn't mean he will fail again...we gat no choice ..onyeka is injured..so the battle for the DMF role is now semi/shehu...I think shehu should be able to perform better than Ajayi My opinion though. Shehu could not even get into the team in his original position which is right back,it is as a DM that he will excel in the team? besides we have Luke Amos, Alhassan Yusuf and Nwakali even Oforborh that he could invite This has nepotism written all over it |
