I am thinking we should explore the option of playing those beatable European countries above us to go up in subsequently international break where it is possible to include a friendly.

It’s a really tidy touch and finish from Dele-Bashiru, this… pic.twitter.com/SaLIiPfJMx

It's as if there's a telepathic competitive connection that Ronaldo has with Messi.

12large1:
Yes, something is telling me that he quit national team because he was asked to play as a RWB and now he is playing the same position joyfully at his club

charlesemeka85:
goal scoring machine

andrewbaba44:
Rohr might even do better than ole at Man U

AndSunGorilla:
@GoodJoe, please tell Emma to apply for the vacancy at Newcastle o. The Arabs sure like tiki taka and 2 of the three tactical LaMasia masters are unavailable, that is, Pep and Enrique. That leaves only Emma, so why not him, what do you think about his chances of clinching the job?

Danielnino00:
See what I said...

The same Pep that popularized the false 9 role with Messi at Barca now needs a "reason" to use it at Man City!!

How much lamer can your habit of generalizing get?

TheGoodJoe:

I disagree that it was down to player performance but team performance improvement. Gabriel Jesus actually had good scoring stats but Guardiola wanted more midfield control due to teams playing deeper against us.

TheGoodJoe:

I don't need to check stats. I watch all City games. Guardiola preferred Gabriel Jesus hands down over Aguero. It is not even worth debating. When Guardiola started benching Gabriel Jesus, it was because he preferred a false 9 formation. .

This is not from Google but watching almost every game.

Joebie:
Although a hexagon chart, it seems to cover less stats, compared to Sofascore's.

TheGoodJoe:
That is why I find it baffling about people.

If I said Benzema is a better all round striker that Higuain, does that mean that Higuain is a one dimensional robot?

I repeat, the problem is comprehension.

TFLASHOGEE:
oga guardiola bench the ass out of Jesus when it was clear aguero was the goal getter and it was when aguero was battling with injury he Lost his place.

TFLASHOGEE:
no be juju be this out of all the stat na defense u see dey have left u behind

elyte89:
Lol....haaland triangle swallowed osimhen' own

Beloved3:
Where is that triangle bros? I'd like to see the triangles comparing Osimhen with Haaland

Danielnino00:
Jota could start tonight against Atletico and Firmino on Sunday against Man Utd..
Be yammering about there...

Danielnino00:
Because, dumbass, they are both rarely injured....

Danielnino00:
There's nothing like replace here .. It was squad rotation...finitio...

Danielnino00:
And Kane doesn't have high work rate??

Danielnino00:
You dont know the meaning of squad rotation?
Jota was signed as back up for the from three... that much is clear....

Again, your argument doesn't hold any water, because like I said, neither Firmino nor Jota are 18 yard box strikers.. They don't even play as strikers...they are false9s..The goalscoring burden doesn't rest on them because Klopp isn't the type of rigid old school coach that subscribe to the idea of depending on your centre forwards for goals.... Even Origi isn't being used as a striker...
