Negro1: Nice write up but not d title that goes with it. If everyone stays at home n dont go to school, do u want to turn native doctors to medical doctors? That a handful of people that didnt go to school r lucky to have oppurtunities n make use of them does not mean u shud advise people that want to be rich n happy not to go to school. Now u mentioned sometin bout liabilities n assets. I like that but without trained architects n civil engineers who went to school how will a nice house to turn to an asset be built? Without mech engineers how do u manufacture a car u may decide to turn into an asset? U see if people do not go to school, they r simply shooting themselves in the leg. Education gives knowledge. Negro1, thank you for taking your time to read my post. I quite appreciate you response and want to say it once more that I'm not against going to school, afterall I did. What I'm against is you limiting you learning scholastic and professional education. You need financial education to balance the first two so that you won't be living below your means because of poor money habits.

Network marketing does not work itself, people work network marketing. If yours is not working, I challenge you to be real and ask yourself a straight question; am I doing what the successful network marketers are doing? I believe if you want to be sincere, you'll get a candid result and allow that to inspire you to action. Network marketing works!

Step #4: Start Living Your Life Purpose

Friend, I hope my teaching meets you well? Before I go forward, I'll want you to stop everything you're doing right now and appreciate yourself very well for taking the bold step to be reading this personal growth coaching series; "22 Surefire Guaranteed Steps to Make More Money in Your Life". Kindly give yourself a standing ovation because I believe that with the information you're getting here, you'll be far ahead of a lot of people who are in this forum that are not getting these information.

Ok! Let's move on to today's discourse. To start making more money than you're currently making now, you've to start living your life purpose. Let me give you a sound of warning. Money is not all about the physical cash (fiat money or currency) that you see with your naked eyes. True money is in values created which attend to human needs. And for you to be able to create a higher perceived value, you need to consciously be adding to your personal value so that you'll be able to add more values to your society, thereby creating wealth for yourself. Doesn't it sound interesting?

I've discovered that the moment you start living a purpose driven life, your confidence level will begin to surge. You attitude will change to positive and your results will follow suite. I can remember vividly how my life was transformed starting from the day I made up my mind to drop my 3 years negative attitude baggage to focus on my life purpose. I felt new level of energy and constant enthusiasm about life. I became conscious of what I say at every point, how I dress, how I carry myself, how I do my work at my work place and so on. I was no more doing things just any how rather I always tried to weigh how it'll take me closer to my life purpose. In fact, every of my life decisions were centered on how it can draw me closer to my life purpose.

It's important I tell you that it does work every time because you're still a human being. And change is not an express-movement-kind-of-a-thing. There will be moments you'll get depressed and loss focus. But, there are certain things that worked for me. They include;
1. Write down your life purpose on the first page of your "Road-Map Book" - A notebook where you'll be write every of your thoughts and action plans.
2. Set a mission and a vision for yourself and write them out in your road-map book.
3. Make commitments to yourself - daily, weekly, monthly and annual commitments. These will become your score card and don't forget to write them down in your road-map book.
4. Engage in a constant personal development exercise - read at least one new book every month, listen to one inspirational tape every month and attend a course at least every quarter. All these must be resources that you know are related to your life purpose.
5. Get a mentor.
6. Associate with like minds and drop every negative relationship.
7. Make the best use of your time. Time is a valuable asset to successful people.
8. When you're losing focus, review your road-map book and let your goals inspire you. Learn to always have the end in mind.

This will inspirw me to pick the phone and start calling the leads to share the benefits, book appointment oe invite to meeting.
How do you overcome phone phobia?

One thing I know is that online money making takes some time. You have to put a system on ground which offers a particilar value to a particular niche. If you are doing this well, you will make money.

I read through Tom Al Big's book Super Prospecting and I felt once more firebrand to prospect and sponsor 53 new reps this October as a way of marking our 53rd independence this month. Anyway, it is a talk goal, though I'm not putting myself under any duress to achieve it but the positive feel will make me remain focused. One take away from the book is that your you will get more prospects excited and willing to know more about your biz opp if your prospecting statements are communicating the benefits of your products. Eg "I show people how to start making money from the global real estate with as little as $100 investment". Again, you will be getting more name leads if you develop the mindset of sharing values. Focus on making friends and always look out for opportunities to start friendly discussions with people that come along your way. Open friendly chat and ask them what they are doing for a living. Give them opportinity to talk so much about themselves and I guatantee you they will also ask you what you do for a living. It's an opportunity for you to make your benefit statement. I bet you that if the prospect is positive minded, he or she will want to know more. This calls for you to exchange card or invite the person to opportunity meeting or refer him or her to your lead capturing page or give him a video.

Step 3: How to Align With Your Source for Ultimate Success in Your Life

“My son, despise not the chastening of Jehovah; neither be weary of his reproof. For whom Jehovah loveth he reproveth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.” - Prov 3:11-12 (ASV)

It is only a fool that says there is no God. Therefore, seek you first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and every other thing shall be added unto it. Friend, it says, every other thing, not just one thing but every other thing – whatsoever that you may desire that is good before the Lord; shall be added unto it. I’m not here to decide who is godly and who is not, but I want you to get the point; the law of creation states that a product of creation gets sustained when it is operated according to the manufacturer’s instruction. Therefore, I ask you friend, do you know your source? And how connected are you to your source?

By origin, God puts in everybody something with which you can sustain yourself; make your millions and enjoy your life to its fullest according to his expectations for you. That is what I called the creative ability which we inherited from God. And this ability is meant to be acted on our talents/natural abilities in line with our life purpose. But, the question is; are you following the description of He, whose creative ability you’ve inherited. Let me be practical; God’s description for us, otherwise known as the Ten Commandments is summarized in two great commandments:
1. Love your God with all your heart, all your mind and all your strength
2. Love your neighbors as yourself.

The common term there is LOVE. So, I ask; do you show love in living your life purpose? If there is no love in it friend, you’ll continue to struggle to legitimately make more money. See, whatever value that you are (want to be) offering to others that need it, it must be done in love. And it is that love that will make your customers/clients to stick to your offers and continue to patronize you.

Friend, do you spend your hard earned money to buy a substandard product? Do you pay any salesman who is offering something that does not meet your expectation? Certainly not! Let me tell you for free that a cheat can only succeed in selling a bad product just once. Therefore, whatever you want others to do for you; you should do same to them. Let’s apply this to our daily lives. If you’re working in a particular place of work and your boss, colleagues and clients know you as a diligent, pleasant, honest and highly effective person, do you think your boss would want to get rid of you? And do you think your career growth won’t be certain? Even if your boss and colleagues are perverted, and they conspired to age you out because you’re an honest person, friend; your diligence and high efficiency and effectiveness will land you another job within a short time. Except you’re not a patient and confident person. See, I do tell people that I’m not afraid of losing my job for honesty because I know I can always get another one or go full time in my coaching and speaking enterprise. Let’s also apply it in business. If your customers/clients know you as a hard work, efficient and honest person, you’ll continue to get their repeat patronage. More so, they will move a step further from being your customers/clients to also become your marketers – word of mouth referral.

Therefore, if you want to go far in living your life purpose, kindly get aligned with God and consistently show love in everything that you do. This works for me and I know it shall work for you.

There are no other ways to succeed in network marketing than sending the words out so as to let more people know about the benefit of your offers. But you must be professional in doing it less you'll get burnt out. Therefore, follow daily action plans, work it diligently and keep learning what is working for other network marketing legends. Don't forget daily mindset building is indispensible as well as continuous personal development. Stick on for long working your business and certainly you must succeed. See you at the top.

How to Define Your Life Purpose to Achieve More Success in Your Life
Friend, my goal is to make this as practical as possible. So, the first thing you need to do is to ask yourself; what is that one thing that I virtually do always that makes me excited? What is that one thing that I can miss my meal doing it? What is that one thing that I can spend my last cash to enjoy if it means paying money for it? What is that one thing that when I do it, people keep appreciating it? What is that one thing that even if you wake me up from the sleep and immediately ask me to do it, I can do it sharp-sharp without feeling it? These are questions that can help you discover your passion/hobby/natural ability. If you’ve discovered your hobby or natural ability; congratulation! What you need to do is to see how it can positively impact other people’s lives. By finding out this, you’ll be equipped to define your life purpose. That is, how you’ll touch so many other people’s lives while doing what you love doing in life. At that point, we say, your vocation becomes vacation – work becomes fun! Isn’t it interesting?
For instance, when I discovered that I love reading, writing and teaching, I started thinking of how I can use this to impact my world. At first, I was writing more of creative stories. This part of me helped me to write a novel in 2004 after my degree examinations while I was waiting for my NYSC. After my NYSC, my interest shifted to personal growth, financial intelligence and entrepreneurship. What inspired the shift is because I saw that I needed entrepreneurship education to excel. Also, I observed that so many Nigerian youths are jobless and they need help. I saw that there is a big gap on entrepreneurship and money education in Nigeria, so I saw that I have got something that can help my peers. To actualize this dream, I’ve to join a good network marketing company. In this company, I focused more on learning how to sell, overcome rejection as well as build my mindset. In learning these, I was also making money. That was very exciting. Having seen what I was able to achieve doing what I love doing and the fact that people are appreciating it, I decided to take it as a business thus, I floated training, publishing and consulting business in 2012.
Friend, it’s important that I tell you that if you will change your mindset about money – that is, the mindset of chasing after money as if life depends only on it, and focus more in adding more values to your life, discovering your hobby/natural ability, defining your life purpose in relation to your natural ability and start to living it, you’ll see that over time, money will naturally start following you. Six 11: To make money, you must sell something, to get more money, you must sell more things...

That is rightly said. And selling is fun when you're selling what you are passionate about and believe in the value you've got in it. With this spirit, you will be able to show any prospect how the benefits of your value can meet his/her needs.

Step 2: Define Your Life Purpose and Relate It to Your Talent/Hobby/Natural Ability.
If you sincerely want to achieve more in your life, you need to define your life purpose. If making more money in a legitimate way is your goal, you need to define your life purpose. So, if any of these is your goal, I tell you this for free, by defining your life purpose, it'll become easier to achieve it. Life purpose is that one major thing you desire to become in life for which you will be known. For instance, when I call the name, Wole Soyinka, what comes to your mind? What of Alhaji Aliko Dangote? And what of Seun Osewa? What of Basket mouth or Kanu Nwankwo? I believe you get it clearer now.
It's important you know why you need to define your life purpose. Have you heard the saying; A well diagnoised sickness is half cured? If yes, it applies in this context. When you define your life purpose, you'll be living your life on daily bases with focus. If you don't know, there are lots of distraction in life that limit us from achieving more faster in life. But when you define you life purpose, create the pictute of it, visualize it in your mind and believe it, forces beyond your control will start working in your favour to help you do more as well as get more results. Let's be a bit practical. Let's say you make up your mind that you want to buy a particular brandbof car, you'll notice that from that moment, you'll start noticing the model you want to buy every single time it passes by. You'll that comparing different colours and you'll start asking questions about how to get it without hitches. This is for real because it was just in August this year when I agreed with my wife that we'll get a Toyota Camry that I knew the difference between 1998, 2000 and 2001 models.
I tell you, when you define your life purpose, visualize and believe it, you'll develop this kind of confidence that will make you to start taking action with boldness and this produces more results.

Sure Nomoless, discipline is key to success. Doing it! Very vital to produce results. I know that so many teaches say what they don't do and it's so bad. That's one of the issues I suffered when I started. I noticed I was talking more and was doing a little, so I've to redress it. It took me some commitment, focus and discipline to effect this change.

Step 1: Discover Your Talent/Hobby/Passion/Natural Ability and Start Developing It.
It has been said that the easiest way to make your first million is by practicing what you love doing. Create a value with it and build a business around it. The truth is that if you can do this for free what much more when you start charging money for it.
For instance, I speak on personal growth in my church, among my friends and as well as in my place of work. This same thing I have started offering through my blog and YouTube channel. And people ask me to offer it for a pay. This was what inspired me to come up with an audiovisual series of my personal growth teachings. The interesting thing is that the market is there for these products. As long as you have been offering it free for some period and built a market that know how good you are in doing what you love. It must not be speaking, it can be any hobby or natural ability. For instance, I met a young guy who is a marketing graduate but works as a chef in a hotel. The most exciting thing is that he is so much excited about what he does and he is one of the best staffs in his place of work. You can do the same with your talent or passion or your personal interest. Wish you all the best and see you at the top.

I do hear so many people say; only if I'm making more money...and I say to myself, I was once having this kind of mindset. Truly, making more money starts from the mind. So, if you really desire to be making more money at will, you need to develop the right money mindset. I must tell you that every of the steps I'll be stating below, I'm practicing them and I'm glad to have known them.
I may not be a millionaire but I've visualized the big business system my small business will be turning to in the next seven years time. It's all about laying the right structures and sticking on till end. So, here are every step that is working for me.
1. Discover your talent/hobbies/natural abilities
2. Define your life purpose and relate it to your talent/hobbies/natural abilities.
3. Align your life purpose to God's expectations for mankind.
4. Start living your life purpose.
5. Get financially intelligent.
6. Make money work for you instead of working for money.
7. Spend by budget.
8. Always pay yourself first.
9. Read at least one personal development book every month.
10. Listen to mindset building message everyday.
11. Practice what you learn.
12. Get a mentor.
13.Learn how to sell.
14. Sell more values than you buy.
15. Focus more on your strengths, while you improve on your weaknesses through constant personal development. (As you're growing, learn to properly delegate tasks that are not within your area of expertise so that you can spare up more time for yourself to be more productive)
16. Pay your tithe/charity always.
17. Pay your brokers well.
18. Don't allow money to be your primary motivation rather value creation. But balance it well so that it'll be profitable.
19. Strive to always be creating values - Be creative and caring in doing it.
20. Build relationships - making good contacts is very valuable for success.
21. Leverage on the existing structures and systems to succeed faster.
22. Form a mastermind team - Your Dream Alliance.

I have discovered that network marketing in Nigeria works better when you adopt a hybrid MLM recruiting strategy - 80% offline and 20% online. Get the leads offline by one on one daily contact, meetup group, newspaper classified, fishbowl strategy and use online systems such as phone lead calling, SMS and email autoresponder, blog posts and social media page updates, to follow up with them. These ways you build a great relationship with your prospects, get their trust and you watch sign ups raining like water.

Why did I Start my Network Marketing Blog?
My blog (you know, the page you are on right now), gets me more leads, income and traffic than any other source and has for years. Each month the last three months we have gotten anywhere from 950 to 1100 new leads from this blog.
The reason starting an MLM blog made sense to me was I saw it as a way to teach and give value in a fresh way and at the same time build my personal brand. You see blogging, unlike PPC or email marketing, creates online everlasting online assets for you. We get lead and make sales from blog posts over two years old! They stay out there forever!

How do You Make Money Blogging?
Remember this very simple summary, in fact, if you run an MLM blog, you might want to write this down and post it on your computer to look at BEFORE you ever again update your blog. (feel free to share this quote on Facebook)
“When you provide value consistently to a defined target market, you can easily make money with congruent income streams” – Ray Higdon
So let’s break that sentence down (as way too many don’t get it or follow it right now).
Provide value consistently – This means you TEACH, TRAIN, and SHARE ideas, concepts, tips that are helpful. You identify what is serving to your target market. For example, I pull content and tips out of things like EMP, WWN and MLSP all the time AND they just so happen to be affiliates programs that make me a lot of extra money.

Defined Target Market – The best way to think about this is to think about a specific person rather than a group. What is the type of person you want to attract to you and what are their struggles or desires? For example, my fellow MLM blog friends, IF your target market is other network marketers their struggles are getting leads and prospects to talk to, getting traffic to their sites, saying the right things to recruit more reps and their desires are creating more residual income, traveling around the world, and escaping their job. Value, more specifically defined, is solving
the problems and helping the attainment of the desires of your target market.

Congruent Income Streams – This is yet another place where network marketing bloggers fall on their face. Instead
of hunting and scavenging for any and all affiliate, launches or systems that WORK, locate and stick with programs, courses, etc that are congruent with the type of brand you want to establish. I am SOOOO very picky on what I promote because I CARE about the people that follow me and don’t want to answer uncomfortable questions at an event I am speaking at when someone asks me why I promoted some piece of crap course. I do NOT participate in every launch in our industry even though I know without a doubt I could hit the leaderboard, it HAS to be congruent with my brand and have my stamp of approval. By the way, any company, course or system that bashes my beloved network marketing profession will NEVER be promoted by me. I also don’t approve those bottom feeding programs that instruct people NOT to talk to their warm market or ever pick up the phone. I wish people would stop preying on the weak with this nonsense, network marketing is a PEOPLE business people, get with it!
By the way, while I am on the topic of pet peeves, I also can’t stand the bottom feeding marketers that bash guru’s. Bashing guru’s is your quickest way to determine someone is an unethical marketer preying on the weak, in politics this is called “class warfare” and it’s just stupid. If you look up the definition of guru it is a sacred and blessed label to have. I do not personally call myself a guru but I have no trepidation toward it and I don’t play MLM class warfare by bashing it.
If you run an MLM blog, I suggest you don’t want to JUST have your network marketing company as your sole source of income as MOST people that hit your blog are NOT looking for a company but they are instead looking for training.
So…will you follow my advice for your MLM Blog?
I hope so. Blogging in the MLM space is awesome because us network marketers LOVE personal development and learning. YOU can decide today to start providing consistent value and follow my advice on having congruent income streams and not only make more money but also serve more people.

UPDATE ON CHALLENGE MY DAY 3 ACTIVITIES

In continuation of my Make $1000/Month Challenge, I'll be sharing my 3rd day activities. I observed that I tagged yesterday's update as 3rd day. That's a mistake, it should be 2nd day activities. Having made that correction, let's go on. Yesterday, I said that I'll be placing a Facebook classified, yes but I had a little challenge i doing that. Facebook turned down my GTBank current account mastercard. I think it has to do with my previous transaction with Facebook. Doing my early months in the internet marketing business, I placed a Facebook classified without limiting the number of days it will run as well as not tracking my campaign hence I exhausted the money in my account and incurred debt. Being that I was building on budget then, I could not pay that money for months and Facebook wrote it off as a bad debt hence they blacklisted that debit card. You know that every challenge overcame is a seed for wealth creation, therefore I didn't see this from the negative perspective rather I picked the key-learning. I've moved on to apply for a new Zenith Bank online shopping customized card account called 'Web-Surfer'. I'll also create an info-product, a special report that will teach newbies how to avoid this mistake of mine that is costing me extra $20, the charge of getting 'Web-Surfer' and this product for sure will sell for N1000 per copy. Don't ask me how I'll market it because the money is always in the list. I know you must have heard of that, except if you're new to internet marketing business.

While, I'm waiting for my new card, I using Facebook to promote this campaign. Mind you, this challenge is not just how to make $1000 in 30 days but it is to prove that Only Fools Fail in Network Marketing. So, are you a fool! May be you are; if you've failed in your network marketing business. A fool at 40 is a fool for ever, they say. Fellow network marketer, have you failed for 40 days, 40 weeks, 40 months...I trust you'd not want to be a fool forever and that's why I'm sharing with you how I'm killing it with my MLM business month after month, generating endless free quality leads and making more sales and money with ease in my business. Enough of the admonition. Here is my strategy to make $1000 in 30 days. Within this 30 days, I'm committed to generating 500 new laser-targeted quality leads (struggling network marketers) and this is how I'll generate those leads.
1. I've mapped out $100 for Facebook sponsored classified which will be running @ $10/day testing different headlines and body as well as tagging different network marketing high traffic FB pages and groups. From my history, $10/day gives me average of 7 opt-in, that is leads. $100 in 10 days will give me average of 70 leads and this will be carried over week after week for 4 weeks thus 70 by 4 will generate 280 leads. Don't think I'll be spending another $100 every week. No, these prospects (lead) will pay for the subsequent weeks advert fee. How will you do that; Uche? I can hear you ask...what I'll do is to lead with value and I'm surefire guaranteed that 20% of the leads will be converted to customers who will buy one or two of the high value network marketing information products I'm promoting in my business. That means affiliate commission and free advert money.

2. I'll get 50 leads from Nairaland. This leads will not fall from heaven rather you should be part of those I'm expecting to opt-in to my high value FREE mentoring program. Except you've agreed to be a fool forever doing same thing every year and be expecting new results. Buddy, even if you don't opt-in, I'll still go ahead and make more money while you watch me and my mentoring course subscribers who I'm committed to show how to start writing their own paychecks in dollar, cruise life with our cool money.

3. I'll generate 150 leads from Social Media Site, specifically Facebook. Here is how I'll do that;
a. Send out 5 friend requests daily to other network marketers.
b. Comment on 5 different MLM authority pages/groups daily
c. Update my FB page daily with either an educating, enlightening or entertaining comment. This is to stir interest and page like.
d. Engage 3 friend on Facebook chat daily. The goal is to teach them as well as recommend one of my FREE resources which you know comes with a lead capture page. This is a typical leading with value approach otherwise known as Attraction Marketing Strategies.

How Does these translate to $1000? Here is the arithmetic
1. Sales of 25 copies of Magnetic Sponsoring Course which pays $16 commission, that amounts to $400
2. Sales of 10 copies of Building on a Budget eBook which pays $16 commission, that amounts to $160
3. Sales of 10 MLSP Academy membership subscription which pays $11.6 commission, that's $116
4. Sales of 10 MLSP Gold membership subscription which pays $20 commission, that's $200
5. 4 sign ups to my primary MLM company which will earn me $200 direct referral commission

Kindly do the sum and share what you think about this strategy of promoting network marketing. If you are tired of pursuing friends and family members, then this is what you need for get to the top of your company in 12 months. Imagine sponsoring average of 4 persons weekly and using your autopilot system to teach them how to do the same. I'm just conservative about the numbers.

The Update of My Activities: Day 3
Fellow network marketer, just as I informed you that I need to place a paid classified advert, I did. Before I talk about it, let me enlighten you a little about classified advert. In direct sales marketing/internet marketing/information marketing, the use of classified can not be undermined. Classified can be online or offline. In online classified, it can be Facebook Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Google PPC or LinkedIn PPC. You can also place a classified in a high traffic website or blog that is related to the information you're promoting. Offline classified is placed in newspapers. If you're placing a classified, there are so many things that are to be considered so that you can get the best return on your investment. Although, sometimes there is need for testing so that you can know where your prospects are. In a situation where you place a classified on a certain social media website or a particular newspaper, if the response is low, then you know that your prospects are not there. The essence of classified is to generate leads, that is list building. It's not advisable to use classified to sale anything directly to the prospects. It is serious marketing plunder to state cash price of your product on a classified. That is a poor marketing strategy that can not make you a millionaire. The best strategy is to use classified to offer a valuable FREE stuff in exchange for the prospect's contact details. Then you follow up on them.
For you to create an enduring customer from your list, you have to build a rapport and trust-worthy relationship with your list. The moment this is formed, they will continue to pay you money like a damaged ATM machine. Haven said these, let me get to the main business of the day.

Today, I want to update you on my activities for the first day of the challenge. (For your information, I started this challenge on Saturday 6th April 2013 and it'll end on May 6th 2013). My first goal is to generate leads of those who are interested to know how I can make $1000 in the next 30 days from my MLM business. These are quality laser targeted leads - primarily network marketers or aspiring network marketers. Based on this, I started a campaign on my Facebook page tagged FREE PRIVATE MENTORING PROGRAM with Uche E. Udembaozoh. The program is to teach those who subscribe how they can easily generate laser-targeted best quality leads for their MLM business and how to make more sales and sign ups in their struggling network marketing business. This campaign is to inspire targeted prospects' interest hence making them to like my page as well as opt-in to the mentoring program. As at the end of Sunday, nobody has subscribed so I'll be putting up a paid classified advert while I continue the Facebook campaign by leading with value.
