Nah it's our tradition sir. we change oil whenever clients ain't satisfied but as it stands she's pushed me to the wall and has called me several names, I WONT CHANGE THEM AGAIN SIR. Social media isn't a faceless forum as we think. I have saved all statements made above and if need be, forward it to necessary authorities.

I would suggest you change the oil for your client, and you both should share the extra cost equally at 50/50 ratio, that should be fair enough for posterity and clear message to prospects
