Yes cos you are really annoying. Since it is diff to yours Waka pass not by saying you use RN7 also. Diff packaging from xiaomi. All the RN7 I bought has white charger with white USB cord while only 1 has 1black charger and white cord. Should I because of that say I bought a fake phone it is that same phone that is having touch problem. So don't be in a hurry to quote take your time to reason first.

I understand the reason behind the anger, they blocked you on top your hard earned 75k, but I guess they have reasons for blocking you (disturbing with same complaints on each and every posts on the page after you already discussed with them) ,even tho you re right,and its your money,you should understand and not put pressure on them by spamming their every post/inbox (similar to mustiboy issue) and you should and kept it with xiaomi Nigeria instead of posting complaints on another country's xiaomi page

People are calling you scam because:
1. there are many paid agents(of transsion) trying to find faults in other OEMS product
2. This being the biggest online ground for xiaomi users,many people have bought redmi note 7 from pointek,rays,jumia and many other Nigerian stores since they came to nigeria, and no have ever experience/reported this issue or something similar
3. Anybody can make this up(even with the screenshots,recording,receipt,and phone)
4. The way you constructed the post made it look like something made by a paid agent
..
as for solution,i will advice you to reach genius43,gptech, acekid or grandmufti on whatsapp,send him a video of you powering up the phone ,so he can provide a solution or tell us about it here (the issue might not even be from the screen as you think,maybe its the connection of the screen that got detached from the motherboard due to vibrations or shock(tension)),or better still send your phone to repairng to troubleshoot ,give feedback and fix it for you

1) Even if it is a paid agent why can't we ask for proof before calling her a scam and paid agent. Shey cos me too no talk because I choose to go with the word patient.

2) I have bought 8 from those Pointek, Raya and Volt stores and 1 of the two that I bought from pointek for me and my wife is faulty and it is RN7 with touch malfunctioning.


3) What else do u need to prove it is not made up

Lol it takes a lot. 2-4weeks. My dear. They are shipping the parts and more mi products to Nigeria. And it's gonna take a while to arrive. I've been a xiaomi user since 2012 and I haven't had any issue with them. To the fact that ion use screen protectors on their device. With so much cracks it works fine.

We don't know what happened to your phone.

I saw forms about the same issue.

One user tried to test of his phone was water proof

The other was a drop test. Which made the screen clip shift(disconnect)

The other was driver issues.

Just be patient with them
You'll get your phone fixed at no cost

What actually happened to my phone is the touch pad. It is malfunctioning. I had to be using my wife own till they get it repaired but what makes me angry is that when some people here claim she is lieing or not saying the truth cos it is xiaomi it can't develop fault.

Ehen, your case is the first one we're seeing. It's completely out of the ordinary. Personally I use the 4/64 version and it has been smooth sailing. With the exception of iPhone 7 and above plus Samsung S8+ and above, it has beaten most phones I have used to compete with it in a speed test. As jennyofoldstones has counseled. The phone has a warranty. Retrieve it from Raya and go to MI office at CV with your receipt, pack and all the kini ko and demand for a new phone. Gaskiya ne.

Which MI office at CV shey the one wey never dey function abi another MI office dey Ikeja again. They are taking Nigerians for a fool after selling how many millions of phone yet their office is not functioning but a camouflage.. Raya store sef don tire to dey attend to customers issues on this particular brand cos they are only collecting the faulty phones without them knowing when available parts for replacement will be available. I have bought about 8 RN7 and R7 for people from Pointek, Raya and volt store in Ikeja and from them all I have 1 of the 2 I bought for me and my wife having touch issue. Yet no solution. 1. The S4 is the same size as the Note 7 i.e bigger than the Redmi 7 2. The notch are different. The S4 and the RN7 have the same notch.

He can change the unused SIM to 2G by dialing *#*#4636#*#* and change to GSM on the preferred SIM. it stays like that even after reboot

1. Turn on Dual 4G for you to see the option on both Sims.
2. Alternatively use *#*#4636#*#* or download ForceLTE app from playstore to do it.

Click on mobile networks from that your SIM card settings for a drop down where you will now see the preferred network type

It can only be put on 3G. Only the browsing Sim has that option of 4G 3G and 2G
