The only generator brand I would recommend is the thermocool generators
E too sure for them

When we talk of Generator thermocool is far ahead but does that mean u can get OEM thermocool part everywhere? Same thing apply to Sumec even Navigator too I can't vouch for it. I am not saying other brands are not good but when we talk of durability and parts availablility that is what we should consider first. I have bought thermocool for a customer that the coil got burnt after 2months of average usage. No brand that can't have issue but when u want to get items electrical and electronics consider the OEM parts availability. It's not by buying any cheap brand

That's the problem when we don't source for full information, Sumec over kemage? YES. Sumec didn't pay us to recommend their brands but when we talk of generator with durability and availability of OEM parts can kemage stand side by side with Sumec the answer is NO. Meanwhile it's not only the coil that is in generator when only what you check is the copper coil. Sellers will always recommend diff brand to you and give you at cheaper price but when it start to develop issue and u begin to throw dead parts at it, the seller won't have solution for you. When you buy original Sumec you have peace of mind only if you buy fake. You said fake everywhere, go to their accredited distributors to buy original, it's as simple as that.

Used the Sense 8+ led display version for some months then upgraded to the digital display, both were taken by friends who liked them and I finally went for Romoss Zeus which has been serving me well and i dey always lock am for room if dem wan come visit. I know a family that bought this type of burner. Twice, the hose caught fire when they wanted to turn it off after use. They later abandoned it.

Were they doing anything wrong? And is there anything they can do to stop the flame after turning it off? The fire comes from a small space under the burner close to the point where the hose is connected.

Probably there is something wrong with those burners or the way they fixed it. I have 2 that is serving well since 2019. No single issue

This fan in particular have always had issues with capacitor and and recently too the regulator do not have control I.e it’s always having one particular speed no matter the position of the regulator. I also had my suspicions about it. I’ll just find someone to help me with the fan repair.

Good to hear about this. If you can post the fan and the regulator picture. Using higher uf of capacitor can cause damage. Don't let the engineer tell u the coil is bad oo. Just change the capacitor with the right capacity and change the regulator, regulator shouldn't be more than 2k and capacitor 300/400 at most. It's what u can change ursef.

Let me chip this in, incase after changing plug and the problem of that particular fan causing u a problem again is still there.

Check the fan capacitor if swollen/broken/damage. if not open the regulator confirm the capacitor in it if swollen/burnt/broken. If you feel it okay, Remove the two wire from the regulator that is screwed in the control, power ON your generaor connect those wires to check if you will experience that same problem.
Reason why I suggest this, generator most times damage capacitor.

You people can try out this gen, I have been using it almost close to a year. No issue at.
It carries my 1.5 Horsepower hisense inverter Ac, my 168 liters Skyrun fridge, 55” inches Tv and sound bar with 2 ox fan at the same time.
And no issue with sound or external vibration.

Without the Ac powered ON it Carries my bathroom water heater.

I think it’s not a popular brand, that’s why nobody talks about it. It took a lot of preaching from the seller before I agreed to buy it and it worth the experience.

This is a good review but reason why people go for known brands is because of availability of OEM parts and positive review.

Is that possible cause I was hoping it would be cheaper than firman brand

I can't remember the voltage reading again, I was particular about the frequency cos haier thermocool told me that's where the problem lies. I'll try to get a voltmeter and frequency meter so I can take readings myself instead of paying an engineer all the time he takes readings.
I don't think my generator was converted from 110 to 220v cos I bought it from a reliable source, although I changed half of the engine.
Do you have an idea of how much voltmeter and frequency meter costs ?

if you get a plug, I'm looking for a direct Belgium fairly used generator. 7.5kva and above. I need it for welding jobs and that's why I need those ones

I will advise you buy a diesel generator that uses separate alternator (lister) That is what will serve you well and better.

Good morning engineers, I just bought a freezer that cools with Nepa light only and not generator, I called the company, they said my generator's frequency isn't 50hz and thus wont cool the freezer, they sent an engineer and he confirmed it in my presence(frequency was fluctuating between 10 and 40hz without load). The engineer said I should change the carburetor but I read online that RPM affects the frequency, cant I adjust the rpm without changing the carburetor. I need your advice please

What's your output voltmeter reading, from 220 to 240 should give you 50hz , call an engineer to check for you or possible if you can get digital volmeter to read it for you and also post the pics of the generator voltmeter while running. I hope your general is not those generator that is converted from 110v to 220v?
