Lady g , pls i need quick reply to this question 2014 i filled a family application ds160 form what i mean is that i filled mine first then then added other through family application ,now to the question , right now i am filling ds160 forms for two of my kids do i go back to their old form or i should fill a new form fo r them because when i tried opening the old ds 160 form i only saw my information what do i do please?

They are not actually going on their own its just that we their parents wouldnt be accompanying them my cousins and her kids are going to visit the same uncle they went last year and they are going this year too ,so i want to work it out in a way that their travel date will fall on the same date with my kids i just wanted to know if they will be given a visit visa they are only going for 9 days and also what are the special requirement thanks

Dear vo we applied as a family 2011 but we were denied based on 214 , but my uncle in usa insist i should bring my kids this year for holiday we the parents cant go this year because we have a big project at hand ,my uncle is insisting that my 8 year old and 7year old can travel on their own with some arrangements done ,i want to ask if its possible forthe children to be given visa and if i will be allowed to go withthem for the interview .and also can i still use their old ds160 form since it was a family application we did thanks

My second question is that when we filled the first application we indicated that we were being invited to my uncle house warming that means we were going to be staying with him , this time around he is inviting us again and he is ready to provide all the infor ma tions we need i dont know if it would be okay to go with the invitation or we should just book a hotel?

My family and i were denied at us embassy three years ago due to no socioeconomic ties(214b) since then we have been working to improve our circumstances for good we even opened a savings account in my name something we didnt do before ,we are into business with a company name that is registered with cac my question is if my hubby is not going with us is he going to be the sponsor or should we use the company as the sponsor but my hubby doesnt have a saving account ant the company's account runs in millions

2013 my uncle and his wife who are both citizens invitedus to their house warming ,we are taking care of our expences except accomadation (we will bestaying in my uncles house ) my husband is into business in which i am a director we have four kids and they are allin school our company is registered with cac and we pay our company and income tax faithfully we own properties worth millions but at that time we had no personal saving account though we started working on it after the denial We made a mistake when filling our form 2013 as a novice i didnt give much information i thought that all i needed was to carry all our documents but unfortunately we were not asked to show anything we were denied on d base that there was no socioeconomic ties 214b my family and i wants to apply again do we need to tell them that we are being invited again and my husband will not be accompanying us this time around is any other thing we are leaving out
