PoliticsRe: 2027: Governor Hope Uzodinma Confirms Senatorial Bid for Imo West by Sugarboyy(m): 6:55pm On May 10
Bentacur007:
Okay bro..but why did Akpabio trying to sideline him
Because Akpabio knows he has been occupying that position that rightfully belongs to Oshiomhole if not for the first term order rule in the senate. So, he tried to bring a new rule to again sideline Oshiomhole but Oshiomhole is too politically brutal to accept such. Oshiomhole openly challenging Akpabio and within 24 hours the rule was rescinded should tell you something.

Bentacur007:
That’s not how politics is being played
Calm down
Maybe you will have to tell me how politics is being played. To the best of my political knowledge, Tinubu is the best when it comes to keeping political agreement and appreciating loyalty. Again, Tinubu doesn't need Uzodinma or the S/E for whatever reason when he wins second term, so there's no need picking Uzodinma for the purpose of pacifying the S/E.
We in Edo APC already knows Oshiomhole is the next SP according to Tinubu.

This is only possible in adc primaries whr he will share money..lol
Even in ADC primary if Tinubu and Atiku are in ADC, he can't defeat Tinubu.
PoliticsRe: 2027: Governor Hope Uzodinma Confirms Senatorial Bid for Imo West by Sugarboyy(m): 4:39pm On May 10
LegendHero:
Then why he no canvass for Asiwaju to even have ordinary 25% votes in the 2023 presidential election in Imo state?

A politician value is the votes he brings. If they can win for themselves and not even guarantee 25% for the center, then their use of sagacity is useless to the party.
Don't mind them, with all the praises on hope by them, hope couldn't give Tinubu 25% votes in Imo state in the last election but when it got to his own election, he won convincingly. They think Tinubu doesn't know them and they are only flocking round him because he is the president. Let Obi or Atiku win 2027 election and let's see if within 6 months hope won't defect to the newest party in power. But Oshiomhole can never defect

Hope get sense pass oshiomole and more political reach
A former Labour president
A former 2 term governor before hope became governor
A former APC national chairman and now a senator has less political reach than Hope who was just a senator before he became governor?
Oshiomhole has been wining and dining with the highs of the society since early 2000. You know nothing about Oshiomhole
PoliticsRe: 2027: Governor Hope Uzodinma Confirms Senatorial Bid for Imo West by Sugarboyy(m): 12:45pm On May 10
Bentacur007:
He is not a first timer…Go and check
And Tinubu won’t allow Oshiomole..
Tinubu won't allow Oshiomhole? All these emergency lovers of Tinubu and APC, I hail una. Do you think Oshiomhole attacked Akpabio recently on behalf of Uzodinma? Or you think if Oshiomhole had not voiced out and immediately reported the issue to Tinubu, Tinubu would have asked that the order be rescinded?
For your information, aside Yorubas, Tinubu knows his most diehard lover and supporter is Oshiomhole. Oshiomhole has been following Tinubu since 2006 right from AC to ACN and to APC. It was Oshiomhole that brought Tinubu party to the whole of SS, when all the Akpabio, Hope, Wike and others were in PDP
PoliticsRe: Senate Rescinds Tenure Restriction For Presiding Officers by Sugarboyy(m): 7:50pm On May 07
2007, Oshiomhole is you all senate president.
He has been with Tinubu since 2006 and not those Tinubu emergency lovers like Akpabio and others

Owk,
Dat's true.

It is Kenneth Imasuagbon that is from Ewohimi. smiley

Lol, APC fanboy? Nah, I'm not a boy, I'm a man, a state politician and an APC card carrying member. 😁

My point, if you are to ask most SE fans their top 3 GK Nwabali won't feature in majority. Many might even rate the Enyeama-Ejide-Ayenugba above the Nwabali-Okoye-Uzoho
When it comes to manning the post, Nwabali is better than Ejide and Ayenugba. When it comes to saving penalties, statistically Nwabali might even be better than Ayenugba.
Nwabali problem is that he tries to over do things, instead of keeping things simple and because he was playing in SA.

Osariemen Osunbor from Ewohimi ruled in 2007 to 2008.😏

As for the Binis, they will continue to REJECT anything Tinubu/APC. embarassed

They have natural Dislike for Tinubu and will vote enmasse for ADC. smiley
And again, ask questions if you don't know and stop passing wrong information to the ignorant public.
Osunbor is not from Ewohimi but from Iruekpen in Esan west, while Ewohimi is in Esan South East.

Osunbor is not recognised by law as a former governor and even if he is, one year can't be counted.

For the Binis rejecting APC, say what you know and stop assuming. Currently 90% of known Bini politicians are in APC and it's not the Binis that's didn't vote for Tinubu in 2023, it's the non Edo indigenes that were based in Benin City.
The Binis welcomed APC before the esans that were always PDP but today the narratives have changed in Esanland

I tire for him.

He calls himself Akpakomiza but says Obi/Kwakwanso will win Edo state. sad

Okpebholo will NEVER allow it. His Thugs are not playing @all.

Though Edo south(the Binis) will pull massive votes for ADC though. smiley
Okpebholo doesn't need thugs to win Edo Central (Esan). Currently there is no opposition party in the whole of Esanland because this is the first time an Esan man is governing Edo state since 1999 and Okpebholo is loved in Esanland. Edo North has always been the bedrock of APC because of Oshiomhole. In this same Edo South, it's mostly the non indigenes that will vote for Obi. The Binis in Edo South are facing marginalisation at the federal level because they didn't vote Tinubu in the last election. It's telling on them and already they are falling into the Tinubu ship

Akpakomiza2:
With what happened during the Edo central senate and ovia reps bye elections, I might agree
And all these while I thought you know Edo State politics and you are on ground. You openly saying ADC will win Edo state has shown that you are not on ground in Edo state.
Presently ADC doesn't exist in Edo Central (Esan) because of Okpebholo effect and in the whole of Edo North, APC won in 2023 despite the Obi tsunami. In 2027, APC will win the Whole of Edo North and Edo Central and wins 60% in Edo South.

Omo Governor Yusuf go be scape goat because of tinubu matter

He better to have a criminal as a son than to born mumu

Kwakwasiya movement go put this deputy for power
Tinubu is not Buhari. If Tinubu was president, some of the state's opposition governors won under his nose wouldn't have happened. States like Osun, Oyo, Kano, Bayelsa (when Lyon contested against Diri)

Reason why Westerhoff remain my favorite coach...what you bring to eagles is the determinant... Benjamin Frederick is a starter anyday, Ekong saw Frederick and say bye bye...
Ekong was never a reliable defender for the SE, to me he was just opportune and he sometimes only plays well at tournaments when playing 3 defence

Is it transfer market ceiling that determines our starters?
It does in football.
We can't have a Fernandez playing regularly for Bayern Munich and because Fredrick playing for Dender seem better than him, Fernandez will always be on the bench. Because of him the SE coach can change his formation to 3 defence to accommodate all of them

All I know be say Nwaiwu and Fernandez cannot bench Benji Frederick, Calvin Bassey and Igor Ogbu.
Fernandez will bench Ogbu and even Ajayi. He has a very high ceilings in the transfer market right now and if he makes a big move, it will only becoming a short time before he becomes our CB after Bassey and Fredrick. Don't forget he is also a high scoring CB

So when you are asked in exam to describe what you see as a taboo, you would say "it's when you had high hopes placed on someone but he failed and disappoints"?
Does it make sense to you?
Well,Whatever right you think you have to decide what's taboo is, you are wrong and can never be right. Take it as a pill.
Your problem, not mine

And that's your definition of taboo?
Because someone failed and disappointed you,his name automatically becomes taboo to your ear?

What would you then call the likes of Etim that his name are still being referenced up till today.
Yet Nwakali played a vital role for Nigeria into winning fift U17 world cup,he should be celebrated for his little contributions to Nigeria's glory not ridiculed ok.
Mr man, I have the right to decide what I see as a taboo to me, our decisions doesn't have to be the same. If you are not okay with my decision, you can shove it off your throat.

Somebody was giving us throwback and you just have to fault it because a particular name was mentioned.

I knew the moment Nwakali's name was mentioned,People like CharlesEmeka would start shining their teeth
Yes, Nwakali name is a taboo.
Not because he wasn't good but because we all had high hopes on him but he failed and disappointed all of us.
Imagine he took his career and discipline serious, do you know where he might have been now?

Yes, I know. The message was a general statement. I used him as an example to advise the NFF to cap the Foreign born players early before they attract interest from other countries they are also eligible to play for
I will not support this notion of yours. We can't be capping every foreign born even when the foreign born hasn't shown any talent just because we don't want them to blossom later on and dump us. We can be capping foreign Borns that have shown talents and playing for atleast middle clubs and that's what the NFF has been doing.
Do you know the number of Nigerians playing in the League one to the National league in England?

The best thing NFF should be doing is capping the foreign born players before they become stars. If Fernandez signs for a decent club in a top league, the NFF may find it difficult to convince him to commit to Nigeria.
Someone that's already in the SE camp?
