HealthRe: Help!!! I Am A 31-Year-Old Struggling With Tramadol Addiction!! by sulaak(m): 11:34pm On Jan 29, 2025
Ehismarkninetee:
I was introduced to Tramadol in 2015 because I complained to him that I wasn’t lasting long during sex. So he prescribed Tm to me. At first I hated the feeling I just took it because it really helped with the early ejaculation.

Fast forward to 2020; I am now fully attended to this evil, it is now holding me by my neck, choking me . But I cannot seem to let go.

Tramadol has taken a lot from me; My pride, my focus, my Looks, my health, my family and most importantly my finances. I have had serious seizures that nearly took my life with my family members as witness. Now they know my situation and they are indeed very disappointed in me.

I had another seizure yesterday but the worst part of it is that it wasn’t only the seizure, I was acting demented with my clothes off. I take nothing less than 1500mg daily.

It has ruined everything because just calculate how much I have to spend for this evil everyday. For example I didn’t miss one last year 2024. It seems am now powerless to this evil. I cannot hustle anymore, I just want to take Tramadol and just lock myself indoors, all my friends have left me behind but am still living with my mum at age 31. Indeed am tired. Am really tired

I need help to stop this. I have prayed, I have tried everything. It’s not working. Please has anyone been in the situation before?? Please help me!!!!!
You are a fucking idiot
PoliticsRe: FG Set To Revive Nigeria’s Aluminium Smelting Company by sulaak(m): 4:45pm On Jan 29, 2025
gare:
This plant was fully equipped and ready for operation, yet it never produced a single sheet of aluminum. Clearly, something is seriously wrong.
The useless Atiku and El Rufai, Chairman of BPE, sold the plant to the useless Russians(Rusal) that used it to access advance USA KKR technology to build a new aluminium smelter in Russia.

Selling critical industrial assets to Russia, Chinese, and Indians is why the automotive industry collapsed. Aluminium. (body, wheel rim and Engine), steel (car frame) and petrochemical (Plastic) account for 90% of a combustion automobile.

The government should get the local private sector to take ownership as they have done with Alson which has been handed over to BFI Group

The Federal Government has facilitated signing a $3.5 billion agreement between BFI Group and China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (CNCEC) to revive the Aluminium Smelter Company of Nigeria (ALSCON) in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State.

Thank God Nigerians are smarter.
DR Congo's failure is due to corruption and lack of democracy. The Congolese people are not prepared to die for corrupt politicians. The sam can be extended to Nigeria's corrupt government.

Well, the Intarahamwe do exist. What ought to have happened is that he UN should have paid some attention to the issue to take away Kagame's excuse.
Kagame has killed millions of Congolese and Hutus using the excuse of the diminished Hutu Intarahamwe. The long-term fear is that the minority Tutsi ruling class will be removed and exterminated. Invading DR Congo and destroying lives in the Congo will not guarantee Tutsi safety.

First Congo War
Date 24 October 1996 – 16 May 1997 (6 months, 3 weeks and 1 day)

The Second Congo War, also known as Africa's World War or the Great War of Africa, was a major conflict that began on 2 August 1998 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), just over a year after the First Congo War.

JuanDeDios:
Again, it's complicated. There are forces in Congo who appear to pose a threat to Rwanda. Not that I'm a fan of Kagame or his way of going about things, he sees the Banyamulenge (the Tutsis you're talking about) as his spear against those enemies (the Interahamwe). Of course, Congo's mineral is a major attraction too.
That is just an excuse that Rwanda has been using to invade DR Congo to exploit resources in DR Congo. Tutsi account for less than 10% of the population in Rwanda and Burundi. The Tutsi are like the Fulani's in West Africa. The difference is that the Tutsi don't use religion.

I will never understand how a small country like Rwanda can be such a problem to Congo.

Congo DRC is more than 50 times the size of Rwanda in terms of land mass and population.

Rwanda is not bigger than Borno State in Nigeria yet it can do this to Congo DRC which is even larger than Nigeria
Modern warfare requires good leadership, discipline, values and development. Population matters only if the country has advance operation management and leadership.

While Rwanda has been building their country, DR Congo has been selling their country's resources to the highest bidder. Maybe the Congolese will be better under the Rwanda Tutsi leadership.

The Igbo States: A Model for Growth Without Heavy Taxation

Now, let’s bring it back home to Nigeria. The Southeast, dominated by the Igbo people, is growing and developing quickly, even though the tax system there is not as aggressive as in other parts of the country. How is this happening?

1. The Igbo Hustle Spirit:
Igbos are naturally entrepreneurial. They don’t wait for the government to provide jobs or opportunities; they create their own. This spirit of hard work and innovation has made the Southeast one of the most economically active regions in Nigeria.

kingthreat:
If you like ban them 50 times, after 6 months, they will be back. Solve the reason why people choose Okadas in the first place if you want to fix the Okada problem.
The problem can never be solved if there is insecurity across Nigeria.

People will relocate to Lagos to survive. I left Lagos in 1988; at that time, the population was under 7 million, and people were complaining about the congestion; the capital was relocated in 1991, with the understanding that the population would follow, but instead, Lagos's population has increased four-fold to 24 million in the smallest state of the federation.

To solve Lagos's transport problem, you must solve Nigeria's problem, starting with the state and federal governments prioritising regional development over national development. The federal and state governments should drive regional development of ports, electricity and industries.

I have said this before and I will say it again: there are some Biological Science and Life Science graduates out there who graduated with good grades, and wish to enroll into medical programs but do not have the wherewithal to achieve it. The federal government should consider sponsoring these ones to medical schools and condition them that they must practice here in the country upon their graduation.

If this report is actually true, then the government should come up with the policy without further delay; else, we have an impending health crises
If the life science graduate can meet the standard, they should never be allowed to be doctors. To standard to become a doctor must never be compromise.

It's a big shame given the pedigree of Nigerian Military, we are more than capable. This is an unconventional war where the terrorists blend easily as civilians, you can't easily identify who among the people is a terrorist until you discover them with guns or dangerous weapons. These terrorists also have sympathizers among the locals who snitch on the military's movements and provide supports both financial, materials and shelter to these terrorists. Not only the locals but also some foreign donors.
If mercenaries were that effective, countries like Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger republic will not be having it even worse with foreign mercenaries deployed on their soil to help fight against the terrorists. Terrorist in these countries are expanding more territories and becoming bigger. Nigerian Army just need the cooperation of the locals and this menace will be over under 1 month.

-Kiss the truth!

You're making a very big mistake and your comparison with IDF is very flawed. The difference between IDF and the Nigerian Army is the fact that the IDF does not obey the rules of engagement, they go about dropping bombs on people and committing an act of genocide which had led them being dragged before the ICC and arrest warrant issued against Nentayahu. In 15 months, about 46,000 Palestinians have been murdered by the IDF. Even at that, they have failed to eliminate Hamas as they boasted to do. Hamas were parading themselves and doing a show of force during hostage release last week. The Nigerian Army is strictly complying with the rules of engagement despite the challenges, even at that, occasional collateral damage generates an outcry that the Nigerian Army comes to the media to do image laundry, meanwhile the IDF doesn't care, because they have the support of the United States. The Nigerian Army can even be more ruthless than the IDF but who will suffer?, the Northern civilians. So, let's be careful what we wish for. The IDF are committing genocide, the Nigerian Army are not and that makes us very proud of them.

-Kiss the truth!
IDF is one of the most efficient militaries in the world. Surrounded by enemies and still winning. We can learn how they use intelligence to defeat their enemies.

You can reward recipients who do voluntary work, learn a trade or getting an education with cash rewards, thereby paying for skill development.
