I have the documents of Mr Awango including BVN (strictly confidential).

He agreed to send same to puskin for transparency.

He submitted all his account numbers and banks.

He attests he has no other bank account aside those submitted.

My request

1. I want to request for our patience. We should not call him a scammer or a legit fellow yet. Let the investigation proof either of the two

2. I want Mr. Awango to submit same document to Mr Puskin as promised for transperency

3. I want Mr. puskin to chart with me via my email or phone number as I would like to share some few discovery about this case with him

May we all have scam-free transaction
May we not be a scammer or bear similar name with a scammer

No problem sir am not unhappy cause of anything anyone said here even when I when I placed a complaint about someone scamming me of 16k a mod Dominique quoted me and said let's give him time to come and explain his own side even after I pasted all evidence
My name looks alike that of the said scammer OK fine but I was not given a chance to even comment on the issue I was banned straight it was tanbaz who contacted me and decided to give me listening ears even if he is not a mod and now relayed his interrogation of me here and I think Pushkin allowed me to be able to comment here.
Oga Onatisi for example would I just maybe come up to you and tell you this your friend looks like who stole my shoes and you just conclude that yes since I said it its your true without finding out and hearing from your friend and asking questions?

No one has accused awango of scamming him/her even deals I had with nairalanders all successful all of them are hidden all

I am new here yes but for the past 3 weeks I have been dealing with nairalanders and nobody has come to accuse me with evidence that I scammed him,will a scammer wait till three weeks or more and I deal in hundreds of thousand with nairalanders daily if I have your contact I will send you screenshots and I did not run away with anyone's money.

You can walk in there, I never had an insider, as long as you know your case is genuine. The cost will be outlined for you, if you can get to the appropriate office better, if you meet those officers at the entrance they will surely add their "mobility fee" but that might expedite the whole process. 50k to 80k might do the trick.

Please a quick question, on my previous passport, there was a mistake on the last number of the Year of birth, Instead of 6 it was written as 8, it has been corrected in Abuja office early this year, the previous passport was not given to me and on the previous passport I had the UAE(dubai) stamp and Ghana stamp.

My question is, filling the DS 160 form should I say that I have traveled before or I should just leave that part since I don't have the stamps on my new passport. And writing about the error on the part they asked if I have lost a passport before, should I leave it out too? to avoid much questions.

This is perhaps my last post on this issue. The guy knows that I sent the fund, but the fund got hanged due to bank technical issue. I also sent him #1,100 for transport when he said he was broke. The transaction was from the same bank. The second transaction was sussessful.
I alredy attached the proof that I sent the money. Though the screen shoot only show his bank, due to the fact that I did not shoot during the transaction, it was account statement I later shoot.

He claim he has waited for 2 days or what was he even saying. The transaction was during weekend and bank told us to wait till working days. So, today is the first working day after the transaction

Below are the email communication with the bank. I already attached the whatsapps communication with the bank for reference. see my previous post

Sadly, I still maintain my point. The dude have to apologise here for the sole reason that he is the one that brought the matter to nairaland. He claimed that I blocked him from my whatsapp which I never did.

I don't get annoyed quickly, but when I do, it's hard to let go.

If he can't fulfil all my conditions, he have to wait until bank pay him or reverse the money to my account

He should do it quickly if he really need his money today cos If I purchase dollar with everything, I can't pay him today again even if he apologise.

Apologies in advance to anyone that may wish to interfere in this matter, as I will never COMPROMISE my three request from 3rnest. He must realise his mistake and apologise

@3rnest, please chill for him. I have been in that situation many times too. Please give him some times, i am sure before 12 the bank would reverse the funds to him.

Dont blame him, hes also afraid of making two transactions.

Today is makinq it 3 days now, still tellinq me WAIT, that he have issue with his bank, as patient client i waited.
we were talking on WhatsApp trying to let him know that he said today is the deadline for my transfer, all he
could do is to come in here insultinq me ontop my money! that's RUDE! noted.

I would have done as you said if the guy was not rude. The truth is I was not having much naira with me on the day of transaction, and that's y I told him to contact me before he sent. Unfortunately, my bank did not drop the money I transfered to him and Unfortunately, my other method to refund him got me into scam scene.

Although I have naira to refund him today, but I WILL not do so, cos he is RUDE. He need to learn a lesson. If it's 5 days it takes bank to reverse the money, that's when he is going to get his refund

A polite guy in the past, I forgot his nairanld name. He got his $50 trapped in my limited paypal - the money is still traped till now, but I paid the guy back in full after about 48hrs.

But this boy is veryyyyy RUDE. I can't just stand it.

1. I accepted his fund and sent him naira despite the fact that he bridge our agreement of telling me before sending the dollar
2. I wasted about #1,500 to call my bank in Nigeria to solve the issue quick
3. I was with him up to 3am Malaysia time just to make sure he is pleased
4. I sent him #1,100 when he said he didn't have transport money
5. I got scammed of $43 trying to sell his dollar and refund him
6. I am suppose to be studying now, but he has got me so furious that I have to upload all the screenshot here


I realise some people can not be pleased no matter what.

So no point sending him the money now. He will always be an ingrate

This is the major reason why I'm afraid of using payoneer card in Nigerian. Nigerian banks could be crazy. They even have problems with local cards not to talk of international ones.

It's not about Nigerian banks here, this is a master card thing. If you don't get a reversal after it has been cleared then you can file a dispute with master card. And that investigation can take 1-90 business days. It's actually rear that such funds are not reversed.
