I used my payoneer card yesterday at an atm machine. However, the funds were deducted but the machine didn't dispense. The next person after me experienced same thing but the money was restored almost immediately to his account since he is using a local card/account.
I want to ask if anybody has experienced this and if the funds will be restored. Anyone in the house with insight on this? Thanks

Yes you definitely will get a refund. It's a dispense error.
Login to your payoneer, go to account activity, there you will see pending transactions, it will be there.
Give it 2 working days to clear, once it's cleared from the pending transaction a reversal will be done.

Whatever amount you withdraw outside the country for instance $50 on your MasterCard. You bank pays $50 to MasterCard for the money you have withdrawn, then master card pay the ATM machine owner.

Now they mean there is not dollar to settle those kinds of payments/transactions again. So they kukuma cancel it.

I had same experience last week, wanted to withdraw 650k over the counter using fast track, the guy ask me to do a transfer then I ask why? I needed the cash. He was like there will be a 3% charge on the excess of 500k that's 150k.
He said it's their cashless policy thing that any cash withdrawal above 500k is discouraged.
I had to ask the person I'm paying to find an account I can pay to so I made a transfer.

The problem there is that they refused to inform the public, that's one thing I love about Diamond bank. They always treat your money as your money and you should have total control over it.

Thats was a mistake o, the owner of the linked payoneer card will have to contact payoneer to do so.
If in doubt, the fiverr owner can contact fiverr then, but they will direct him to contact payoneer.

He is the person to initiate it. He will have to contact payoneer to unlink his card.
But he still not willing to, then contact fiverr yourself that you want to unlink the card, they will direct you to payoneer, that way you can show him the response from fiverr.

To unlink his payoneer from your fiverr, he will have to contact payoneer for you to do that. Only payoneer can do that.
