This is the dumbest post ever. Tinubu travels to UK on a regular, if he’s wanted to US he would have been picked up in the UK easy cos the UK is part of the big 5 security alliance.

Only former presidents probably have Diplomatic passport for life. The others like Governors, VP, Senate president etc get theirs revoked after they leave office.
A VP ? And Senate get revoked ?

This is a country where ordinary entertainers have displomatic passport oo.

With or without our security. It undermine us as a country. Do you remember sometimes back where the US-special force carried out a rescue mission here in Nigeria too without informing the Nigeria security agency?

United state will never allow any country do that in their country. Infact if any country try that it will be regard as invasion and breaking of international law.

Hell will be let loose and they are at liberty to subdue or even kill the 'invaders' .

So why should we as an african country be different.? They always take every little advantage of us and undermine us a continent. Can US send special force to france or uk to start carrying out operation as extreme as Terrorists casing.? No sane country will ever allow that, it undermines their capabilities as a nation.
You’re right but you’re still not addressing this.
1. There’s no evidence that US special forces joined the raid, DSS said they handled it alone.

2. Even if they joined DSS in the raid, you should be mad at your security forces that allowed US to join them not the US.

All I’m saying is, channel your anger appropriately.

I can't believe that some gullible Nigerians are celebrating that Atiku travelled to Washington DC, USA. Like seriously? So despite all the information we share here, you still allow ATIKU to deceive you?

Now let me break it down:

Atiku cannot Travel to America without the presence of a Diplomatic Passport Holder who enjoys immunity.

In 2019, he also traveled to Washington DC and stayed at Trump's Hotel in a failed PR attempt. It was later revealed that he travelled as an Aide to Saraki who was then Senate President and had him covered based on his diplomatic status. See news here: https://pmnewsnigeria.com/2019/01/19/how-atiku-entered-us-as-aide-to-saraki/

This time, Atiku has traveled with A sitting State governor and holder of an official Diplomatic Passport - Tambuwal of Sokoto. All he has to do is include his name as an Aide of Tambuwal and he will be covered by Tambuwal's diplomatic status.

Peter Obi travels to America ALONE and without need for a sitting governor or Senate President. No. He goes there as Mr. Peter Obi. Atiku travels to Dubai alone. No governor or Senate President travels with Atiku to Dubai. But when it comes to America - ATIKU needs a lot of diplomatic arrangements, lobbying etc.

It was almighty Reuters who exposed that Atiku paid millions to American lobbyists to enable him visit America briefly. See news here - https://www.reuters.com/article/us-nigeria-election-atiku-exclusive-idUSKCN1PT0TR

Please click the links here and study to enlighten yourself so that these kakistocrats won't mess with your intelligence again.

Atiku's visit to America is the reason you should never visit him - it's an act of using money and political positions to manipulate systems for personal gain. Shame on Saraki and Tambuwal who are aiding this desperate tribalist.

Charles Awuzie
And what makes you think that Atiku who’s a former no 2 of the federation doesn’t have a diplomatic passport of his own?

He will have a diplomatic passport till death.

United state are just upsetting security issues in the country in disguise, so they can infiltrate the country security architecture and intelligence.

To think the Nigerian government will even allow them to start carrying out military operations in the country and sending in special forces at will, raise cause for alarm.

Before you know now, they will start striking down any of our politician or army general anyhow and anytime they like in disguise of protecting their citizens just like they did to General Suleimani of Iran. If you give US a chance to dictate and have say in your security setting, they will end up enslaving the whole country.

I hate Nigerian government always acting very weak in issues involving western powers. Cant we just be courageous like South Africa.
Legally, a country can send its special forces to secure its embassy. As a matter of fact, there are military and intelligence officers stationed permanently at all embassies. Unless Nigerian embassies don’t have them.

As long as they are not sending their military to the Nigerian streets, no crime committed here.

Simple, must of the killings in the US are not by any organized actors, usually lone runners or drug fights.

In Switzerland, it’s cultural to teach their kid how to use a gun and respect it.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Russian Nuclear Strength Is Questionable by sunboy(m): 8:08am On Oct 22, 2022
Obc1234:
Russia is a PAPER TIGER.

Navy
What everyone thought: The Moskva is a cutting-edge warship jam-packed with weapons- it one of the most powerful ships in Europe

Reality: The Moskva was barely able to move at all and basically no functional weapons besides ground missiles

Army

What everyone thought: The Russian Army is a massive deadly force and is the second strongest Army in terms of numbers and the quality of their weapons
Reality: The Russian Army is horribly undersupplied, poorly led, and has been roundly beaten by the militia of Europe's poorest nation. The gear is outdated and their training methods are pathetic

Airforce
What everyone thought: The Russian Airforce is second only to the US Airforce. Russia is capable of sustaining massive air-based operations similar to the US
Reality: The Russian Airforce got a bloody nose thanks to a few SAMs and cold-war-era anti-air guns. Not enough training hours, outdated equipment, and terrible maintenance

Intelligence

What everyone thought: Russian intelligence, stemming from the legendary KGB, is the greatest intel gatherers on earth. With teams of hackers, armies of spies, and tons of high-tech equipment- they can compete with the CIA
Reality: Russian intel is terrible. They have failed to see extremely obvious attacks coming and have failed to destroy Ukrainian anti-air weapons
Before this war, we all thought highly of the Russian Bear. We thought their military was #2 on earth and that their Navy and Airforce were second only to the USA. Those delusions have been shattered. Russia is a paper tiger- this cannot be denied. Lack of maintenance, lack of supplies, lack of leadership, lack of training- I could go on forever.

Why would Russian nukes work? Nothing else has. No matter how important or expensive it’s ALL broken.

Russian nukes and all nukes are really on a radioactive compound called Tritium. Nukes need a constant new stream of tritium to remain functional and deadly. Tritium is also HYPER expensive and difficult to handle.

Russia cannot maintain a SINGLE aspect of its military so why would I think that Russia suddenly has the capacity to maintain its nuclear stockpiles?

Can they keep adding new tritium to all their nukes? Can they maintain the missiles? Can they train the teams to keep them up.

Some nuclear weapons no doubt work but I question the strength of Russian nuclear forces.
Whatever you’re taking, make sure that you take it alone.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Pledges To Phase Out Oil Subsidy, Boost Output- Bloomberg by sunboy(m): 7:54pm On Oct 21, 2022
festacman:
I am impressed by Tinubu's manifesto for being a practical and a bit specific (certainly not largely) in approach. The grey areas remains how to increase local production GDP outside of oil through creative, extensive and intensive diversification of the economy. I had expected pinpoint actions to be taken on short, medium and long term basis. However, it is a good manifesto in my opinion.

I await the manifestos of Atiku and Peter Obi.
I think increasing the production is easy, right now we currently produce more than officially declared cos half of it is stolen. Blocking the loop holes is a good start.

youn:
If both nations has a good air defense system there is no nuclear missile would land so stop saying Russia won’t be able to intercept a USA ICBM
This goes for both nations
For a nuke to land any air defense enabled city or nations then you have to take out the air defense system first
How do you defend against a nuclear weaponhuh

It’s practically impossible sir, taking it out on your territory will still cause nuclear fall out lol
Only effective way of intercepting it is during the booster stage on the enemies territory so the fall out can be on their soil, and this is practically impossible. This is why the US kept defense system in every planet to be able to stop it during booster stage.

In all, there’s no easy way to stop a nuclear missile, its not about air defense system it’s about when and how.

You are too foolish. The Russian bomber didn't enter the US airspace. Read again, this time, try to know the meaning of ADIZ. The US usually does the same to Russia when their Bombers and fighter jets fly close to Russia. Russia will send it's own fighter jets to monitor movement of US planes.
