I get what you’re saying. Me sef I got. AL on 15 June but funded BA on 5 July. At least one should get AL before applying, even if he/she can’t get BA or SL on time.

Please I must say this. If you know that you booked for appointment and you have gotten a date and you don't have admission letter yet, please kindly cancel it so that those waiting will have appointment dates.

It's wickedness to just relax like that and the slot gets wasted. If you know you won't be there on the day of appointment, why blocking way for others who already have admission and waiting for dates?

Really, the embassy should upgrade by making it mandatory that before you book your appointment, you must attach your admission letter.

U understand my take is an advise or suggestion, if I am u, I will cancel and put October 14 or 21 depending on your enrollment deadline. If ur deadline is November, u can go with 21st.
The reason am not comfortable with October 1st is that 6 weeks from then would fall at August which d embassy can claim no space. Calculate ur +4-6 weeks to fall at September latest since we are sure of it. If d give u August or July, you are covered still.
Understand also that October would still be given for Winter,
Do what I asked you to do, God's grace see you through.
BTW I didn't imply Oct 1st and Sept end people won't get date, German race is per head based on the oil u Carry

I will advise those registering now with enrollment extension up to end of October, to be putting 1st or 2nd week of October as study visit date.
I am sure more dates would be rolled out but I hope d won't start ignoring early start dates based on feasibility of getting Visum at d appropriate time, except for the reshuffling and little adjustment to still fix people early, is believed d last dates given were early September like 2nd or so, definitely d would fill it up like d did with June this year.

Now for Cat B, if I am u, would be checking for second options already like proxy enrollment or even deferment to Summer, so that should u not get date before September end as d said, u can apply very early to get a date in October hopefully, remember is only Fridays d allocate for Cat B judging precedence.

Don't say is easy to talk, I am giving you pragmatic, realistic ways to still have high hopes, during my time of waiting and the whole discouragement, I made some enquiries and at d end got approval from two of my schools to resume by 11th November, I had already filed a new application for a program that could still be deferred to Summer, that is (Winter and Summer resumption), had already drew some formidable plans to outsmart this embassy before God stepped in and showed me mercy. So don't just sit there and be waiting aloof, start weighing on plan B already, July will remain 2 weeks from next week.

My guess has been confirmed this morning. Someone applied Cat A over the weekend with 1st November study visit date and got Appointment date for September 23rd
If u know u put anything earlier than middle of October as study visit date or enrollment deadline, u are sitting on keg of gun powder, d might not look at you o.
Category B set should go for later dates ọ, like 4th November or so.
Be reminded that if September too gets filled up this week or so, d struggle intensifies.

Do you know that some people booked for appointment before even getting admission. and some of them ended up getting only rejection letters from all the schools they applied therefore wasting the slot allocated to them. Some got admission but had absolutely no way of funding BA and had no SL. Whereas people that have everything are not getting AD as they aught. You sef reason am.

The thing tire me...I'm waiting for the appointment date for a while now,I booked CAT A and no date yet..I'm even considerin cancelling and rebooking...I've everything in place,just waiting...I'm even getting tired and worried...

You can only book one appointment per passport number

Please o....I booked with only my last name and first name as indicated on the page...I left out my middle name that's present on my passport....hope I'm very much in order please

Now that you hav ur admission letter, the next step is to book for an interview appointment. And yes it is different frm certification appointment.
Then you open a blocked account and fund it or you obtain ur Sponsorship letter if u hav someone living and working in Germany to sponsor you.
Go for your interview and wait for Approval mail frm the embassy AM.
That's basically it....pls read back lyk 100 pages on this thread.. I promise you'll understand everything then. Gudluck
