Obi's case is incompetent. He is not qualified to contest under lupee. Secondly, he won in 12 states, took 3rd but didn't join the pdp candidate in his suit. When the tribunal asked his witness what happened to the votes of the candidate who took 2nd position, the witness asked that the votes should be cancelled. Technically, what does that tells you? His case lacks merit. Case closed.
