@ after blind scanning this TP that wanna look like the one ENITAN posted to me.i feel he made a mistake because this is the one i got after blindscanning 12604 v 27881 instead of 12605 v 29950 that ENITAN gave.

@ Enitan,i will try the TP you gave me,i have finished the installation before receiving your message/post.this is what i got after blind scanning W3a 12604 v 27881,12521 v 27495.this is apart from our normal 12728 v 30000 etc.did you see my post about the new AIT freq on c-band?

Sunsat. Nothing is impossible! If you are ready 2 pay the sacrifice of not getting all the channels, cracked pictures on your tv screen and above all, spending a whole day to track. This is just my opinion anyway.

@ enitan,ameboperoo,i have finish the installation of the W3a with 65 pan dish,i didnt take me up to 5 mins to shoot the bird.thanks for your encouragement,now i know that W3a works well with 65 cm and no cracking channels at all.

@ gurus,i am still confuse about this nilesat installation,i wanna install nilesat with my 2.4 m dish,which Lnbf do i need to use because from reference and directive,everyone is been asked to start tracking from NSS 7KU with 10986 v 30000 before inputing nile freq, can someone direct me on the type of Lnbf i will use and its frequency.

i just nail w3a for a friend this morning,the Go africa signal was 56%,and i think you know that Go Africa comes with a very low signal.so if your W3a is not on,better fine tune your dish.

@Sun-sat, Don't mind TOX, he is just picking your brain to see the type of reaction u will bring to the table.  All those pple he mentioned are there to make the whole thread bubble.

On a  serious note, Even though  this is  FTA, it pays to know what is going one with this PAYTV guys.  That was how etv was yanked off  on the excuse that it was a pirated broadcast after 4 years.

@TOX, Pls. always let us know when such things happen so that we will be kept in the loop of events.  I hope climate change (ACIDE RAIN) neva reach your end for obodo oyibo.

I show maximum respect to all you that as made this thread worth reading.i started reading 3 days ago when my htv subscribtion was due and read most of season one and few of 2 and 3 with part of 4 to the end and i was impress that alot is for free.i really like to enjoy this FTA station but facing my dish to heaven might seem strange in my hood and stress full.i was wondering if there is more fta station in htv and dstv direction cause i was able to nail rst1,2stv,touba tv and sport tv which i watch portuger league.if there is any,please tell me the satellite and frequency.thank and keep the good work.

Check your east whether anything is blocking your view and also check your lnb settings for Astra 2b on the decoder. It could be your using the wrong settings.[/quote]@ George-d,pls check the FREQ out at west,the AIT location remains west but with this new frequency and its not even at lyngsat but i checked it out with a friends decoder,though mine is MPEG 4 but i will try 63 now to avoid this argument

PAY TV company, HiTV, in recent times has been breaking new grounds and the most recent of them is its partnership with the Arab Media Corporation.
The 30 million dollar deal that was concluded recently in Beruit, Lebanon, between Hi Media's Group Managing Director, Mr. Toyin Subair and the Middle Eastern company will include a stake in HiTV via its recently opened 100 million dollar private placement, a Set Top Box financing arrangement and a technical support agreement.
Subair, in a statement, said the deal would enable HiTV grow its subscriber base to over 600, 000 before the beginning of the new football season. The Pay TV company recently became the 100 per cent exclusive broadcaster of both the Barclays Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.
“HiTV will on the back of the deal begin transmitting in MPEG 4, thereby allowing it to increase its channels from 30 to 50 channels. This is part of our goal aimed at delivering world class entertainment to Nigerians at an affordable price,” he said.
The Arab Media Corporation which owns the Arab Radio and Television network (ART) has operations in the Middle East, Europe and North America. ART produces over 6,000 live and recorded shows every year including family oriented dramas, series, programmes, music videos and documentaries.
The company launched two satellite channels from Jordan in the second half of last year and also recently sold its sport channels to Al Jazeera.

Thanks for the advice and I think I will be better off someone more knowledgable assisting me.  Frankly, for almost 2 years that I have joined this forum, I have not been able to track W3a and what puts me off most was that the channels are all french. But now, I can even close my eyes and accurately guess where it is with my 2.4m  since I know  where to start tracking from.

@obijack,have you finally nail the w3a?i am surprise to hear that you have not been able to hit the green.do you know what?face your east,then your right hand is where the w3a is located,lift your reflector very high at 82' degree up with the freq of 12728v30000,do it slightly as a guru you are,i wanna see you hit green

All, I was in one of our respected members house ysterday to giv him d star tv box, my brothers when I entered his living room, God! I was completely overwhelmed wit d array of decoders I saw, I counted abt 17 whao! name it srt 4910, dreambox, 4969x jus to mention a few, I neva knew dt some people are jus too passionate and crazy abt fta. Enitan would have idea of d person am talking of. I asked him what is he doing wit al of them, he replyed and said hitting green wit them gives him satisfaction than anything in dis world. what else can I say, than to say fta 4va!

@ olason,infact this your post is sweet and encouraging,the moment i read that you saw many decoders including 69x and 4910,i just think about my room,i was thinking i have all the decoders needed until i read this,but all i want in this FTA forum is to hit green too especially at the most encrypted beams,
