Okay. The bank will not do the transfer via flywire for you. What you can do is you will have to create an account on flywire. If you notice, there are different payment methods on flywire...one of them is bank transfer in either CAD or USD. Depending on the rate for that day, you will have to find out from the bank what the rates are for CAD /USD and multiply by the amount you want to transfer. If it is CAD ( USD), select the option. It will take you through a series of steps of which at the end, the total amount will be generated with an account number for the transfer. Print this out and take to the bank. Only then will the transfer be done for you. adeyemieee: i don't have the account number of the school and I was told by my agent that the school only use the Flywire platfirm as means of collection |

Hello, It may take a day or 2. After this, then you may be concerned. Dandilion: Hi everyone. My contact from my uni confirmed to me on Friday that the verification mail from Wes has been responded to but Wes hasn't updated my profile yet. It still reads "we are waiting for your institution to verify your documents" Please who has been here? Is it normal for Wes to take some time before updating it? |

Thanks for this. I have searched everywhere for this information. Wasn't looking forward to coughing up another 35K for medicals. Osemigho: I did it successfully. I just wrote in my letter of explanation that I have a valid medical used for student visa and I am willing to retake if necessary. They approved my application without requesting another one. However note that your PR visa will be valid until a day before your medical expires. They may also request another one if your PR application is delayed. All the best. |

Hello, It should be in black and white (photocopy) and not colored. Upload the photocopy. Ayinke93: Hello everyone! I uploaded my statement of result on WES website long before my transcripts got to Canada. But surprisingly, they just sent a mail today that my certificate is still pending. I'm confused. |

Good Evening, Please help out here. Does anyone have any information? Sunshine777: Good Morning, Please, I need help. Can I use the same upfront medical I got from study visa for PR (It states student on it)? I did it last month(July). Has anybody done this?
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/assess/using.asp
---------------------------------------- A medical assessment is interchangeable and can be used for other immigration categories, unless the medical officer imposed one of the following limitations on the assessment:
The most commonly used limitations are:
“Assessed as excessive demand exempt only”. A new immigration medical examination is required if the applicant applies under an immigration category that is no longer excessive demand exempt (e.g. the foreign national applied as sponsored spouse (FC-1) and now applies as Federal Skilled Worker) “Assessed as Temporary Resident only”. A new immigration medical examination is required if the applicant applies for permanent resident status or extend his or her stay in Canada. |

Mrsc22: Just do a new set. Why do you want to give yourself unnecessary headache wondering if they will accept or not. I saw this online and wanted to know if anyone had experienced same or is knowledgeable about it. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/assess/using.asp---------------------------------------- A medical assessment is interchangeable and can be used for other immigration categories, unless the medical officer imposed one of the following limitations on the assessment: The most commonly used limitations are: “Assessed as excessive demand exempt only”. Good evening, Please, I need help. I would like clarification on a few things: 1. Can I use the same upfront medical I got from study visa for PR (It states student on it)? I did it last month(July) 2. For the police certificate, I did it in June and it will expire in September (3 months). Can I use it for PR if I get ITA this month (August)? Or should I jejely go for another police certificate? |
