Concerning POF as regards the bolded.i am in d same situation I plan to enter the pool in April when the money would have been 6months in our account.

Here's my situation: My husband is the PA, he is a medical doctor, walks for the government as a PHC doctor and doesn't earn that much(i hope they won't judge with this),i am currently unemployed. His brother in the USA gifted us the POF BUT he had someone send the money into our joint account on d 1st of Nov(someone we are not related to at all so surname is different) this is the reason we plan on waiting 6months as my brother in-law won't be able to do a gift deed. Is there any other way we can bring that April closer cos me I am ready to move today or we should just wait 6months.

You can get a Naija passport so that all your info can be same and you don't have to always do something different for him (in terms of the processing). Also, it might be more difficult to get the passport later (due to distance to embassy).

Nothing wrong with using the passports as they are.

Superdoll, I may not be a guru in the PR process, but from my experience in foreign applications, I expect providing CAC (incorporation docs) of hubby's company which clearly shows that he's the director and major shareholder in the company will be suitable. The CAC dosc could also be accompanied with a reference letter from the bank (of hubby's corporate account) stating that Hubby is the sole signatory to the corporate account.

The reference letter is basic and standard and can easily be issued by hubby's bank.

This is just my thoughts, but I believe you'll be good with this

Please was a reference number generated upon application that your school quoted when sending them the transcript to ICES. Also, can certificate be sent via hellofax or email.

Someone have filled the form and sent the transcript and certificate but confused on how to proceed with payment and they do not seem reachable on phone.

No reference number. They usually sort it out. Nothing to worry.
Infact i was so worried during my time, cos transcript was sent in maiden name while application was done in marital name. It was well sorted without any issue and without my intervention as well.

Please does ICES do additional verification of certificates and transcripts like Wes?how much do they verify credentials please?been sitting on 422 and since hubby just completed his MSc,we want to verify it and make him PA.with 445,ITA must fall on us

Hi, its 30k if the school sends it for you and 15k if you receive it your self and to send to WES ... but I had the school send it for me(I mailed the woman that helped me a copy of my certificate and filled WES transcript request form, which they included in my envelope) and it didn't take time to get to WES, you also have to pay the woman that will help you fast-track it 10k,
After that, you have to pay the person that will send the verification mail when WES mails the school. You know how IMSU is, its crazy. you can send me a message if you still need the woman's number.

Please, when you cancelled the process with IQAS, did you get a refund? Or did you ask them to forward your documents to ICES.

Is ICES recognised all over Canada. I learnt that in Ontario most coys will request a WES verified certificate, they typically don't recognise IQAS, pls, I want to know if this applies to ICES as well.

How did u pay with d dollar debit card? Was it online or u provided them the card info for them to charge u? With that ur CRS, start gathering ur documents including PCC and Medicals.
