Please do u knw if the county hv improved on their turn around time for issuance of birth certificate. I knew it takes up to a month before its ready. I plan returning 3 weeks after delivery. Am really worried cos this is possible with oakbend (about 3 days with forth bend county). Please any advise?

I can see that oakbend isnt smiling to us again. I used them in 2016 and was planning to use them again by the middle of this year but ds new price isnt favorable. Please anyone with an alterntive good deal. BTW no one talks abt methodist again?

People usually prefer the flagpole option because of the sometimes lengthy wait to get an appointment for landing at an immigration office. You need an appointment.

I would contact IRCC to find out when you can get an appointment for landing as it sometimes takes weeks or months to get one. On the other hand, you can always take a road trip to the Canada - US border and land the same day.

don't fret ok? Inland applicants don't have to leave before "landing ". You would go to the nearest office where landing can be done. Instructions would be in your copr when it arrives, i suppose and if not, you can always contact ircc for more info. I don't think you would have issues with landing.

It's called flagpoling. You can Google it.

Or you can also apply to your nearest IRCC office by calling IRCC’s Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 in order to book an appointment. Please note that you must call this number from inside Canada. Appointments can take months to arrange.

Hello everyone, please i would like to knw if i can come into Canada with my visitor visa for my child delivery while my PR application is ongoing. Also if i get COPR before delivery, how do i handle it?
Will i be eligible for the health insurance during delivery? Since i am already in canada do i go ahead with the rest of my transactions as a PR or have to leave and land again as a PR.

I don't think it would apply to you since you got to IP2 before the mass update. It's actually referring to those who got to IP2 'all of a sudden'. Cos some entered that stage even from medical passed a day before.

Just like u said. I knw sumone dt was part of d ip2 movement, wrote to find out his visa office and was told his file is still at cio-sydney. He s not even been assigned visa office yet.He is few days post Aor and just passed medicals.

The interpretation to their response is this: IP2 is the actual stage in which most of the work is done. Prior to the "glitch", ones application could remain in NA2 for a long while without his/her status being updated. Hence, once ircc gets done with the processing they take you to ip2, and within few hours you get the golden mail. What they're saying now is they intend to provide accurate status as ones application progresses. So technically, IP2 is the new NA2, you dig?

Hello everyone, please i got adr for spouse's travel history. Form IMM5562E.
the form states that principal applicant must complete the form and that there is space for principal applicant and spouse and kids 18yrs and above.
Do i have to fill up everything or just fill spouses part since the ADR is for him?

Hi superdoll, I'm no expert but I believe you can. Mostly they understand the need for family when having a baby. You will need to attach supporting documents -death certs (sorry for your loss btw) proof of relationship between you and your sister, proof of your pregnancy, financial capability either from you or your sis etc. The first time my mom visited Canada she was invited by my sister's (she doesnt live in Canada) friend (no relation at all) and she got it although she applied from the US. On the flip side, a friend (PR) in Canada invited both her mom and single working sister to help out with her baby as she was pregnant but only the mom was given. To summarise, in my opinion go for it but arm yourself with every possible relevant document to support your case. All the best!

Sure but memory's a bit foggy. All details are on the cic website though, that's where I got all the info from. For the invitation letter I did a Google Search and got a pretty good sample I worked with.

1. Letter of invitation from me stating why I wanted her to visit and that hubby will be financially responsible for all her expenses. (you're right I was not in gainful employment back then)
2. Hubby's bank statements as POF
3. Mom's bio page (passport) and mine and I think hubby's.
4. Copy of letter from clinic stating the gestational age of pregnancy (I think)
5. I think there was something about proof of relationship so I included my birth certificate (not so sure of this)
6. I think hubby did a letter of financial responsibility too.

Mine was PG school. confirm if urs is same den i can give u contact. Meanwhile i used ices and not wes. Dnt knw how wes works in ksu. But if its pg sch. D guy might have idea . As disorganised as they are, i presumed wes verification would be a problem that was why i stayed clear. Imagine pg letter head has people's (like secretary's) personal email (........@yahoo.com) and not official email and d guy told me nothing like official email.

Unless you're trying to get a loan from CIC, I don't see how this affects anything. Stop worrying already and submit joor.
On the other hand, try and do minimum payment or do a payment plan with them just so you're in the clear (for clean conscience sake).

Ultimately, the issues are not related in anyway.

Hello people, pls i hv sum concerns which i wonder if dey r relevant or not. I went to US to hv my baby last yr, den i enrolled my older kids in private sch (like day care) which we make payments weekly as soon as the week starts. I left US last yr dec, only fr my friend dt went last month(stayed in same apartment) to bring me some mails of demand notice from the sch stating i was owing fr 2 weeks in between which isn't possible cos payments r done upfront weekly and der s no way for example i can not pay fr first week in nov and den start paying Again 2nd week of November. Any way am trying to sort dt out.
The issue now dt d first demand notice got to d address dec 2016 and dey hv been writing witout my knowledge,
The debt has even been transferred to a collecting agency and the last letter said that dey hv contacted me severally and hv now reported to credit reporting agencies. I got all letters today sealed!
I hv been speaking to d sch all day so while i try to sort out the issue with the sch whom am sure i am not owing, i hope this will not affect my application . I hope to submit by next week.
Anyone with advice for me pls help

Guys, please can sumone help me with the pcc form so i can thumbprint myself. Am not in lagos so planning to do the courier thing. i don try search for the pcc form but can't find it. Alot of data with pcc pulled up.
