I have lived long enough to know what would eventually happen... Tinubu would end up winning, and the cycle continues until they burn down the whole country and escape in their private jets.

op conscience is disturbing him because he's a good guy.

You can't say the same thing about the buyer. As a father, you feel bad to punish your son when he does something bad.

That's conscience.

But would a good father allow his son to go bad just to have a clear conscience? Of course not. That's a bad father.

We need to understand that sometimes love is pain not just pleasure.

Sometimes you don’t want to punish people but if you don't they will destroy you.

Since he's sure to pay back let him come and rescue his phone with the money.

Op as a sales boy please don't give anybody anything without them dropping something you can sell to raise that money.

Let it become something you're known for in the market. Such that if anyone is coming to your shop, they will come with something valuable to give you.

You're the one doing good by giving people items for anything other than money. They are not doing you a favor by patronising you. They come because they NEED what you sell.

If you start giving people things for free, soon you'll be the one in trouble.

I'm saying this multiple times because I've been a sales boy before and trust me wetin my eyes see for debtors hand eh, it almost crumbled my oga's business until I resolve to stand firm.

Sure some customers stopped coming around but they were never customers but people that always owe for months and pay only when you've spent money calling and visiting their homes or threatening to fight them.

Trust me, it's not good business. Hold onto that phone and every other debtors phone I beg you for your own good.
shocked

Very intelligent comment. God bless you.
That @kosoco has never done business before, worked for someone, or lives in paradise — I don't believe any of these options. People are the same everywhere, without a effective leverage, you'll become a beggar for your own money.

They did it to me because just like the OP, I felt bad for doing the right thing. They're doing it to my mother.

I received bk royalty payment from Grey today for the first time and I'm happy. Why? They allow you to transfer your money via stablecoin to your wallet. This is the thing that made foreign sites like Wise, Payoneer, etc. ban me.

Using something that is closer to home gives peace of mind.

Some people don't know the reason I take crypto seriously is because it's futuristic, mobile and no country can be banned by crypto, except your government and centralised exchange like Okx, but you'll still have access via decentralised exchanges.

You could wake one day and realize your Facebook or YouTube account that gives you money has been banned for no reason. This calls for concern and for you to diversify fast so that when that sad day comes, you can bear it.

So, take crypto seriously and make sure you have multiple sources of income and different ways to receive payment. Being addicted and emotionally connected to just one way leads to sadness (speaking from experience). Every online business needs a subordinate offline counterpart.

I keep praying to God to help my plan work out fine so I can quickly diversify. I swear. Every. Single. Day.

My little brother does trading, I was really proud of him. I saw all of the charts you share here, he can actually read them. I remember when he first told me he was learning it from YouTube, and I encouraged him massively.

Yesterday or the day before, he posted a chart with the caption like, "I lost $300 today..." I encouraged him with a sticker and the next status post showed that he had recovered.

I still encouraged him... I'm so proud that he didn't give in to bad influence. Something in me found it so funny that I'm literally struggling for airtime and my little bro is on that move grin. But I'm so happy my boy is embracing hard work. He's also learning a physical skill just like I advised. One of my biggest regrets is going for nwaboi apprenticeship instead of learning a physical skill.

I told him to master trading so I can learn from him, I even told him about you.

May people are going to abandon the "offline" world while focusing on the Internet, it's my desire to do both. But my stepping stone is publishing.

I just found out it was possible to create an account that doesn't require verification all this while. Ah! I should have created the account and published trends while we were on break from the other one. I will create the account tonight by God's grace. I wish myself luck.

It's been almost a week of relentless frustration from MTN. The internet connection has been ridiculously slow. At least one book is supposed to be live today. I wanted to experiment something. I wanted to see its growth.

You know what's crazy? I just switched it to 2G/3G and it became fast grin. I remember my boss schoolshoe once talked about this, thank you man. I was literally pissed up. Let's hope the speed remains like this.

I'm grateful to God and asking for wisdom. Things are looking good but I can't be at ease. No. We're going to be publishing after almost a month break. I'm really hoping and praying it only gets better.

Shady tactics?
Are you a publisher on the platform?
Have you made good money from them? I'm not talking imaginary earnings please.

You'll know when you get there.
There was nothing shady about my works yet my account was taken down for operating two accounts.
Why on hell would I need two accounts when I was making millions from the platform? Pray tell.

Let them keep talking ignorantly, others are saying it's because OP "spammed" Amazon with 80 books in 3 years. People publish 100 quality books within month especially with the help of AI prompts engineering.

I also lost my account, they said there's a feature in mine that was similar to another book (which is definitely a big publisher's work). They weren't specific. They banned two more after that one.

That's when I decided to go underground and at this point... Oh well, God...

Bro, go to YouTube — you think teaching you how things work is going to take a couple of sentences? Or buy a course. I can refer you to someone (although his niches are trends and risky). That's the least I can do.

Attached is my earning for the last 3 months, and this account has been active for the last 4 years. I did my first publication on the 1st of April 2021, with no significant result or sales to show.

The account was dormant until last year February that I met a mentor, who put me through and since then it has be thousands of dollars monthly.

From my many years of experience, here are the reasons Amazon could block an account:

1. Inconsistency: By inconsistency I mean writing on different niches in one account. Today, cookbook, tomorrow, mental health, next tomorrow parenting. Doing this shows you are a writer not an author, and what Amazon needs are authors.

2. You have infringe on trademark keywords. The reality is that you can write on any keywords, even if it is trademarked, but with a twist, which you must learn how to do.

3. infringing Copyright on images ( very serious). To this I totally avoid writing books with images

4. High refund rate. Most publishers don't even know or border to check what is their refund rate. Usually, you archive book with high refund rate no matter how sweet the sales appear than Amazon doing that for you. Doing that for you leads to account termination

5. Then producing low quality contents, which usually leads to high refund rate. Even if you are using AI, there is a skill to make you book one of the best, if not the best in any niche.

If you can develop the right skill, Amazon is a life changer for anyone.
shocked

Let's hope the bot doesn't ban me.

Just pray it doesn't happen to you, Amazon has become extremely toxic and strict. You can be innocent and still get bitten. A lot of us use AI, not because we can't write, but because we can't afford to waste all of that time and end up losing our royalties.

If it wasn't for the relentless terminations, I would have had some spare cash to diversify into other platforms through publishdrive. I keep getting banned every time I comment or post anything by this Nairaland bot, does that mean I'm at fault here?

People saying it's because he "spammed" 80 books, I laugh at their ignorance. As a broke independent author, 80 books in 3 years is extremely slow. Very slow. If you understand prompt engineering, you can write top quality books with AI. I see big independent publishers doing it, I could write with AI and you would never notice.

Amazon isn't being fair to Nigerian publishers, whether we like it or not, writing is business. Yes, some people try to play the system but innocent people end up getting hit. Now, it's even worse. Almost all the publishers I know in this game don't use Naija accounts.
