there's no way u use an android phone i mean all andriod not only tecno
and u did not turn off ur data connection and u expect ur phone not to run the internet.... the only solution i have for u is to go to settigs data usage and turn on data limit then u click on the app u see in the data. usage
scroll down u will see restrict background data that is the only solution i gat for u
