Chino72: Did anybody complain to u? The least SE town is like New York when compared to SW states. We all know that SW is the most barbaric, crime infested region. Apart from lagos which is not yerobaland other parts of the region are all dungeons. Was it not in yerobaland funsho williams, bola ige, kudirat, daramola, etc were all killed?
Replying you is a waste of precious time. You are definitely a local Igbo born bred and still living in your umuleri village.

specco: In case you have forgotten, Lagos as it is today is developed with our common wealth just as Abuja is now being put together with our money. That's why you see hoards from osun, ekiti, oyo, Edo, Bayelsa, Kano,Taraba, Imo, Anambra, ondo and others troop to lagos. It is there commonn heritag and nobody or tribe has a stake in lagos more than others. Lagos is for all and there's nothing you can do about it. You have your akure, oshogbo, abeokuta,Ibadan, ogbomosho and others and we have seen their squalid conditions when left solely to Yorubas to develope.
Even if they are squalors, we are not running away from there. All those places you mentioned are far secured than even Lagos. Don't you get it. While will Onitsha be Mogadishu, why will Aba be as dirty as that. Is that Yorubas fault again? Please. Face your problems and demand more from the bunch of jokers you are parading as governors.
Business › Re: GTBank Customer Humiliation by superstar1(m): 10:30am On Oct 16, 2013
We're talking about the fact that that poor customer service attitude should not be prevalent. I work in kfc and just shouting at a customer for no reason is a disciplinary right there. If my manager doesn't act, I better pray that the headquarters don't hear about that attitude or there'll be nothing the manager can do it about it.

The OP might have been rude but that was in response to the security guy's behaviour. Nigerians shouldn't stand for that just because it's the norm otherwise it will never change. I don't live in Nigeria so I don't have to deal with that but for me to come to my country on holiday after sweating for my money and paying for a service only to get shouted at is just unacceptable.
The simple question I kept on asking that the OP has not answered is

If it was the MOPOL guarding the bank that asked him to re-park the bike, whether private or public, will he tell him he is in a hurry? He simply did not respect the guard and he looked down on him and the guard did his job. Simple. That is arrogance.

You are not staying in nigeria, so you won't understand how arrogant and rude people can be to people thy consider lower to their cadre. Which is wrong and sickening. Respect begats respects. Mind you this is Africa. You cant Go to first bank where your mothers mate is the customer service person and you will start shouting on her because customer is always right. Right there, other customers will tell you, you lack home training and call your parents name.

I am not an advocate of bad customer service and I don't stand it. People should stand for the rights but there are certain responsibilities expected of customers too within the ambit of customer is always right notion. If you do not fulfill your responsibility do not expect your right to be respected too.
