I have contacted Estonia embassy Egypt as a result of what you said here and they have not stopped issuing student visa. They only asked 2 questions which I asked you here earlier and it was which school and when is your school deadline?
It is also not because you didn't book before going there because they gave me September 20th but on contacting them, they said I should come quickly tomorrow. If you can answer those 2 questions then I will suggest you go back to their office today because they open today.

You are very safe if you already have your visa to Egypt. Just try to get there as soon as possible.

my wears and food stuffs as I like staying comfortable anywhere I travel to. The high boots and jackets I bought alone will cover half of the bag. As a typical Nigeria regarding food stuff, hmmm it remain small make I carry pot self . I will try and weigh it at home first before going to the airport.

Lol, and you think dollar is falling today besides going to Canada, us, uk and estonia all depends on the course one is applying not really environment.

Mine is environment and cost of school fees.

I am already thinking may be I would go to Canada next year if I don't get visa for this admission. I don't understand it anymore, almost five weeks no feedback on my visa application.

At least there is more time to prepare for other countries and foreign exchange rate has been going down.

Someone got his visa in just over two weeks on same route, but mine is dragging. If I knew the Estonian visa would be this difficult, I would have applied for visa since April. I have friends Indians who could have invited me, even a British citizen.

The way I feel now is the way felt in the whole of April and May waiting for Euroacademy invite for interview, even though my friend there told me it was sure to come. Waiting can be boring and tiring.

Expect other schools to tighten theirs.

When they tighten it too much and dollars rate falls, Nigerians would go to Canada. Then the Estonian schools would start looking for people again.

Hello house, since they said we all need to get to Estonia to collect our TRP. Can a Bsc student apply for Egypt Tourist visa then head to Estonia Embassy the second day to process Estonia visa ? (Although I won't state it in the documents at Egypt Embassy here in Nigeria that I'm going to Estonia Embassy)

You will get your visa if you are able to get there whether Msc or Bsc

Some of these requirements depend on the embassy or consular. It's just like Nigerian banks, some require additional documents from what CBN stipulated. Even some managers or customer service officers require additional documents from customers even beyond what their bank policy stated. Some are not comfortable with certain customers, so they ask for more documents or information from them.

I have a confirmation that it is not needed in Estonian embassy in Egypt. The secretary to the interviewer even had to remove them from the applicants docs.

I don't know about other embassies.

I thought they said Turkey don't issue visa on a virgin passport? Some of the info we get and share can sometimes be misleading. I read on the Turkey thread a lot of things that were said to be impossible but are now possible.

They were too mean in the mail, they even attached a refund form for students who paid the tuition fee to fill in order to be refunded. I was like who provoked this people?

They surely were provoked. We don't know who or what provoked them. And there are some applicants who are not on nairaland.

May be some people wrote to them to refund their fees if they cannot get them through. As if it is the school the is the problem.

My dear, I know the kind of mail I received from one of the schools regarding that. They even said people should stop wasting money looking for a way as their hands are tied as a result of that and as they do not have power over other countries regulations.

Approach matters, most Nigerians lack courtsesy and pliteness when they approach people. People who have worked should be able to contruct a good mail to a corporate company/organization.

The schools have done so much for us by approaching Estonian foreign affairs ministry. The last guy who went to Egypt told me how the embassy staff were kind to him. Any valid traveller (students) who is able to get to Estonian embassy will get his visa.

Also people should not spread conspiracy theories about the schools and Estonia. Those talk that the schools gave more admissions than alloted TRP, and that they Estonian authorities told transit countries not to issues visas should not be promoted. Just imagine if such news got to the Estonian authorities despite their efforts.

I am not sure that will work, but there is no harm in trail as everything is down to luck now.

On a critical look, the embassy might be considering why someone would just sponsor anyone to their country. But if a worker is going on vocation, it can be understood.

Again there is no time on your side. I heard the schools said they wont extend resumption beyond September 1st-4th, depending on the school's resumption date. No more grace period.

He is already in Egypt. I doubt he would come online now.

I think the document you submitted for student visa. Remove everything about student. That is remove your admission letter and all that.

Then add introduction letter from place of work. Book return ticket, hotel reservation, etc.

Others can guide you. I am not vast in this visa thing.
